Yes,
Good.
So welcome to this session of the White Path.
As usual,
We're going to start with a short ceremony,
So make sure nothing disturbs your peace in the next coming minutes.
Let us sit comfortably on our seat,
And let us take a deep breath in,
And back,
And another deep breath in,
And relax.
Let's close our eyes,
And the next breath in we keep in,
We don't breathe out.
In and slowly breathe out and let go,
Let go of all your thoughts,
And go of everything in the past,
And let go of everything that may happen in the future,
And allow your breath to guide you back to the present moment,
To whatever is happening right now.
Around you,
And within you,
Become aware of the presence of all the people and souls that currently take part in this session.
Embrace that presence.
As we hold virtual hands to walk the path together,
Let us unite our individual intentions into one unified intention,
The intention to grow,
To develop,
To evolve.
Take another deep breath in,
And in and out.
You may feel comfortable,
You may open your eyes.
So welcome,
Dear people,
Whether this is your first time with us or the hundredth time.
We are here to share the path,
We are here to promote evolution,
We are here to help each other on the paths,
And we grow by harnessing the tension that hides between the question and the answer.
So remember,
The answer is not that important,
What is important is the longing,
The longing for the truth,
The longing to reunite,
The longing for an awakened consciousness.
So this is your stage,
Your opportunity to figure out what is still blocking a clear vision,
What still stands between you and an awakened consciousness.
This is your chance to take part in this magical process of maturing our common consciousness.
So who would like to be the first one to jump into the water today?
Anything that you feel that still disturbs you,
That is a barrier for you,
Any question,
Any wonder,
Any insight,
This is your opportunity to shine.
So don't be shy,
Please speak about human death from the spiritual perspective.
Human death,
Which is called Brahma,
Maintaining life,
Sustaining life,
Vishnu and the destruction of life,
Shiva.
These are the three aspects of consciousness.
This is the cycle of life and death.
If you realize it's part in consciousness,
Everything that once was born must die.
Everything that had a beginning must have an end.
Everything that belongs to the realm of phenomena.
What is the realm of phenomena?
It's that,
It's everything that has a start and a finish.
So everything you see will disappear,
It's just a matter of time,
Right?
Whether it's flesh or vegetable or solid matter,
Doesn't matter.
Everything you see evaporates into oblivion,
Given enough time.
This planet,
The solar system,
Everything,
This universe eventually will dissolve into emptiness.
That's a scientific fact.
Why?
Because masculinity is stronger than femininity in the bigger scheme of things.
The universe is expanding in ever rapidly rate,
Pace,
Expanding faster and faster.
So the space between objects is growing until the feminine force will not be able to contain that distance and atoms will start to disconnect from each other.
That's a scientific fact.
Check me if you don't believe me.
Eventually it will just dissolve into nothingness.
You have to realize death is a part of this dance.
Why?
The universe was once born,
Probably 13.
7 billion years ago,
Out of nothingness and into nothingness it will return.
So does everything that we see,
Everything that we observe,
Everything we hold into your own body,
Everything will dissolve.
It's important to know that and stop resisting it,
Stop ignoring it all.
Try to avoid confronting that fact.
Is it a problem?
No,
It's not a problem.
That's the way it was designed by the creator itself.
The problem is not what happens when you die.
What's much more important is what you do until that point.
How do you choose to live your life as long as there is a body that holds you?
That's much more important because now you do have a choice.
So regarding your question,
An awakened consciousness is not afraid of death,
It's just a continuing cycle of energy changing form.
NLDA does not dissolve into nothingness,
Energy just changes forms,
But the same breath,
It's important to remember that you do not belong to the realm of phenomena.
The fact that your body dies doesn't reflect on the fact that your consciousness is eternal.
Consciousness does not belong to the realm of phenomena,
It is eternal,
Therefore it's not afraid of the temporary,
It's not threatened by the temporary.
How can eternity be afraid of changing events?
Eternity cannot be afraid of changing events.
I am peace.
Peace is eternal.
Peace hides behind the phenomena as the background of everything that you experience.
Instead of being completely delusioned by changing events,
Reconnect to the true nature of your own self,
Which is peace,
Beyond the realm of phenomena.
Not the consequence of it,
But the background of it.
You see the difference?
So don't be afraid of death,
Don't resist it,
Embrace it.
Be more focused on life,
Death will come naturally,
It's got nothing to do with it.
Now you can choose,
Until you die,
You can choose.
Michelle is asking,
When health is poor,
It seems like consciousness diminishes,
Why?
I don't see that.
Unless the consciousness is not fully realized,
Then you are identified with changing events,
You are identified with your own body and how healthy it is.
You compare your body as it is,
Versus your body as you believe it should have been,
Or once was.
When will you be happy?
When it's,
When the clock reverses its direction and you can go back to be young and beautiful and healthy.
Right?
Wrong.
Then you just caught up in the same mouse trap.
That's never the case.
The body is here to die,
100%.
Life is a terminal disease.
Don't be too identified with that process of your body losing its health.
Yeah,
It will eventually,
For sure,
100%.
Nobody invented a better solution yet.
But your consciousness,
At the same time,
Your consciousness can flourish.
And the direction to aim for is based on you choosing to stay open and soft,
Embracing the opportunity to experience the present moment as it is,
Pleasurable or painful,
Whether it meets your expectations and demand,
Demands or contradicts it,
Doesn't matter.
You prefer the present moment.
If you choose to stay open and soft again and again and again,
I guarantee your consciousness will continue its everlasting evolution.
So don't get too caught up about your physical condition.
Your body is not who you are.
It's just a temporary vessel.
I invite you to go back to the recording about me and my body.
Just check out my Insight Timer page and find it.
Me and my body.
And practice the meditation,
Guided meditation.
I am not my body.
Good?
Okay.
More questions.
You love my new picture?
Good.
Om Namah Shivaya.
Eva,
Translation.
Om Namah Shivaya.
Om is the first sound before the universe was born.
That was the sound.
Om.
And Shiva,
I told you,
It's the element of destruction.
Anyway,
It's just a mantra that helps us to remember.
What else?
Everything is resolved.
We're all at peace.
Everlasting peace.
Or is something still troubling you?
Why isn't truth evident to all?
Why?
It's not a good question.
Why hide some kind of struggle?
Right?
When you're busy with why,
There is no acceptance.
Don't worry about the whys.
Yes,
People remember,
People forget,
Or people never realized in the first place.
That's the way it is.
Was it supposed to be different?
No,
No,
No.
You make sure that you forget as little as possible.
And you keep reminding yourself again and again what is most important to you.
For that,
You need to realize what is most important to you.
And put it on the top of your set of priorities.
That's it.
That's your realm of responsibility.
And the rest of the world will take care of itself.
Don't worry about that.
If people walk around ignorant and act out of ignorance,
Choose their choices out of ignorance,
Rather than out of wisdom,
Then you have compassion.
That's it.
No judgment.
You don't try to persuade.
You don't try to educate.
You force your set of beliefs onto them.
You just have compassion.
These people are suffering.
And when you encounter suffering,
That's it.
You just have compassion.
You stay open and soft and available to provide whatever is necessary.
I love listening to all your lives.
I came in a few minutes late.
I'm grieving two very important people in my life.
Me.
Yeah.
Grief is a part of the spectrum of emotions that we are invited to experience from time to time.
I'll tell you what.
You ever ask yourself,
What's the point of our life here?
What did we come here to learn?
I can give you a possible answer to this question.
We came here to learn how to elegantly let go.
Think about it.
How to elegantly let go.
Because everything that we hold will be taken away.
Everything that we hold dear will be taken away.
Everything that we resist will disappear.
Everything we love will vanish.
Even our own body,
Whether we love it or hate it,
It also will disappear.
In that process of letting go,
Develop grace.
Letting go gracefully,
Honorably,
Elegantly is a virtue.
Not many people allow themselves that position.
So grief is definitely a part of the spectrum of emotions.
Because everything we love will disappear and we are going to grieve.
It's inevitable.
That's the most human thing to do.
Even animals grieve.
It's not even human.
Animals can grieve.
The difference between an animal and human is that animal grieves for a limited period of time.
And then it moves on because it doesn't build a character around the grief.
No,
It doesn't build an identity around it.
We can identify as we do worse,
For example.
We will remain in that position for the rest of our lives.
Who am I?
I'm the widow of that person.
That's who I am.
That's it.
You can have a very complicated relationship with the loss that you experienced.
But if you don't resist the fact that that person was taken away,
If you don't hate that fact,
If you don't believe it's a mistake and it never should have happened,
If you don't have that,
Then you can just grieve.
You can be available to truly grieve.
And you'll see that will pass and something else will replace it.
There is more entanglement there.
You see what I'm saying?
If I stop being in resistance regarding my twins,
Their sleep,
Energy,
Attitude,
And it's flowing so much better now.
It's still hard and tiring,
But softer,
More joyful.
I'm so happy to hear that.
Yes.
Life can become so much in flow,
So much more harmonious when you stop arguing and resisting.
Isn't it?
Just try it for a week and see for yourself.
Like Eva did.
Nelcy is asking,
Not sure of the topic.
Any topic that you bring is the topic that we are going to discuss.
There is no rigid framework for today's meeting.
Paige is asking,
Isn't death to be celebrated?
Isn't it the gateway to oneness?
Oneness is not waiting for you to die.
Oneness is there every moment of your existence,
Whether in a body or outside of a body.
You're never separated.
Don't wait to die to reunite.
That's an illusion.
The actual fact is you are connected.
You are one.
You are an aspect of oneness.
Always have been.
Always will be.
You definitely can celebrate death.
I mean,
If the alternative is to grieve and mourn and suffer,
I would choose celebration.
Of course it's sad.
No,
I'm not saying it's not sad.
It's sad,
Definitely.
It's sad.
I cried when my father died,
You know.
Definitely,
I cried.
It's very human to feel sadness when somebody you love goes and never to return.
There is a hole that's left where that person used to stand.
And that hole may never be filled.
But it's not a problem.
Michel is asking,
Marcy,
Would you rather feel the pain of the loss or the ignorance of never having been touched by the two?
Grieve deeply and you will be liberated.
Deep.
Sorrow or grief,
I can be so.
.
.
It can be so therapeutic.
Not just grief.
Anything you do.
Anything you experience.
Any emotion.
Dive deep into it.
Don't resist it.
Just embrace it fully.
Divinity is waiting there for you to experience.
Of course,
When people die,
It's very emotional.
Sometimes some people need a slap in the face to wake up.
And death can definitely slap you in the face.
But you don't have to wait for the slap.
You can just wake up before the slap.
And it's up to you.
Every experience,
Every emotion,
Dive deep into it.
Divinity is waiting for you there.
When you are totally,
Completely available to experience it.
In its totality.
How do you dive deep into it?
It's like meditation.
How do you sit for meditation?
Effortlessly.
Did you see that?
When you try to sit for meditation,
And you try to focus and concentrate,
Do you meditate?
Do you feel that you reached meditation?
That you experienced meditation?
No.
Like falling asleep.
Do you ever fall asleep?
Because it's important that now you should be asleep by now.
Enough with this.
I need to go to sleep now.
As soon as possible.
Immediately.
Let me count sheep.
21,
22,
23,
24,
25.
Let me count sheep.
21,
22,
23.
Does it work?
No.
Only when you let go.
Effortlessly.
You just let go of your effort.
Let go of that tension.
Existential tension.
Rise beyond the fear.
Beyond the expectations.
Beyond your agendas.
And just fully embrace whatever is happening.
Whatever you're doing.
Embrace it.
Completely.
Totally.
Surrender into that.
If there is a thought,
An idea,
An opinion about what you're doing,
Or your choice,
Or the consequences of your choices,
You prefer the present moment over your ideas.
Again and again.
If you wash your dishes and there's a thought in your mind trying to convince you that it's nice,
But somebody else should have washed the dishes,
You cannot dive deep into that.
You cannot dive deep into it.
You see what I'm saying?
So,
Prefer the present moment over any distraction.
Over your ideas about what should have happened,
Might happen.
It's not important.
AJ,
If you were to recommend one book to read,
What would it be?
Awakening.
Seriously,
If you choose to walk towards an awakened consciousness on the white path,
This path that we are walking on right now,
So that book is a Bible.
It's the basic of everything that we discuss,
Everything that we practice,
Everything that we do here.
It gives you the structure.
So,
It's a natural choice for people who choose to walk on this path.
And if you choose another path,
A book that changed my life when I read it for the first time is called Tantra,
The Supreme Understanding.
And it was transcribing a series of sessions held by a spiritual teacher called Osho in the 70s.
So,
If you haven't read it,
I definitely recommend it.
Michel,
So is it being aware of mental negativity?
The mental negativity translates itself into physical negativity,
Which is always a type of contraction.
The body is contracted.
The body is contracted.
And this contraction generates more negative energy or state of mind.
The contraction blocks the flow.
There is no natural harmonious flow between the energy,
The prana,
Between your chakras.
So,
This generates more and more negative attitude towards life,
Towards yourself.
So,
Being aware is the first step to anything,
Any growth on the spiritual path.
If you're not aware what's happening,
If you're not aware what's driving you,
If you're not aware what's stopping you,
You cannot deal with it,
You cannot treat it.
The question whether you want to change or not is not relevant because you're not even aware that this is happening.
Like an addict.
If he's not aware that he's addicted,
There's nothing to treat,
Right?
Nowhere to start.
And he first needs to acknowledge the fact that he is addicted.
Awareness is the key,
The basis of every change,
Every process.
Ian?
And yes,
If you are aware that you're mentally negative,
Resisting,
Avoiding,
Being afraid,
Then there is that choice that you come back to again and again and again and again.
What is more important to me?
Do I prefer to be open and soft?
Embracing the opportunity to experience whatever life has to offer?
Or do I want to stay on the fence?
Do I want to stay in the bunker?
Protecting myself against the pain that I have?
Protecting myself against the pain that life might inflict,
Will inflict?
Amy?
Aira is asking about Sri Aurobindo,
Not understanding what's the question though.
Yeah,
Sri Aurobindo is a great teacher.
There are so many,
So many teachers that dedicated their lives to helping others grow in the past.
Find the teacher and surrender to that,
To the teachings.
Find the teacher and surrender to his teachings.
And if you are not sure how to find the right teacher for you,
Go back.
There is a whole talk about that.
Go back to my Insight Timer page and look for that recording,
How to find the right guru.
And I tell you,
Just like a partner,
It's less important who you choose.
It's more important that you surrender.
Surrender.
Allow yourself to be fully engulfed with that energy.
And you will find grace on the path you chose.
One hundred percent.
And if you come to a point in time when you feel it's not helping or it's time to move on to somewhere else,
Then you do that.
It's okay.
But until that point,
You fully submit yourself.
Surrender.
Lovingly.
Hey Gigi,
You talk about serving as the ultimate calling.
Serving as the ultimate calling.
Ultimate calling.
Please elaborate.
Serving.
Adopting the attitude of service.
Think about it.
If there is no ego,
Then you have to be in service.
Because you are not motivated by egoistic agenda anymore.
Right?
You are not propelled to do anything so you benefit.
There is no you that is doing that math anymore.
Do you see that?
The attitude of service is the attitude of an awakened consciousness.
There is no other way.
So when you choose to be in service,
What you do is you just retune your whole system.
Body,
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional system.
You tune it to be enlightened.
It's like training.
Do you see?
You know,
In the beginning it would be a bit unnatural or forceful,
You know?
Unconvenient.
Uncomfortable.
You would much prefer to just stay at home and laze around or whatever.
Continue to do whatever you used to do.
Continue to do whatever you used to do.
And going out and finding opportunities to be in service is maybe a bit forceful,
Right?
But the more you do that,
You will see you expand more and more.
Your system is more attuned to the frequency of an awakened consciousness.
Because it's more custom for you to be in that mode.
So if you spread.
Growing towards an awakened consciousness is the most important thing for you.
Truly and honestly.
I tell you there is no other way.
Service is the first thing you add to your daily life.
Service is that attitude of service.
Service is that attitude of service.
Find opportunities to spread your love.
Unconditionally.
With no agenda,
No demands.
You just spread it.
Could be to your partner,
It could be to somebody on the street you never met.
Could be anything.
Any opportunity.
Could be to a plant that looks a bit thirsty.
Nobody gives it attention.
So you give it some water or you pet it a little bit.
It's okay,
Don't worry.
You're fine.
Let me tell you a story.
True story.
Where I lived out in the nature.
And I was hiking the mountains around my house.
And they started building a highway.
On the other side of that mountain.
And as I was walking between the trees.
I really felt one of the trees that was standing above the valley where that highway was built.
That tree was really in need of a hug.
So I stopped my hike and I hugged that tree.
And I reassured it,
Don't worry,
It's okay.
That highway is not going to reach where you are.
Don't worry,
It's okay.
Yeah,
So you find your tree.
Find something,
Someone that needs your hug.
Needs your love.
And give it.
Lin,
How is your book coming along?
Ah,
It's good,
It's good.
AJ is helping me with editing.
And I hope that we finish that and then it's a matter of finding a publisher.
I'll let you know as soon as it's available.
AJ is asking,
Service to whom,
What,
How?
Everyone,
Everything with an open heart.
More questions?
You just open yourself and your opportunities will arise.
Don't worry.
There is always someone that is suffering more than you.
Always.
In arms reach.
Just step out of your own cocoon,
Step out of your own comfort zone,
And people will come knocking on your door.
Don't worry about the opportunities,
They will come.
And if they don't come,
You go and find one.
Find an old lady that needs somebody to help her cross the street.
Angie,
So it can just be our family.
We don't have to go into society and serve.
You do whatever you need to do.
There are no rules and regulations.
If it's your family that you pour your unconditional love to,
Fantastic,
Do that.
If it's people that you don't know and never met,
Good.
If you do it alone,
Very good.
If you do it through an organization,
An NGO,
Whatever,
Fantastic.
Just do it.
Make sure a day doesn't pass without you being involved in at least three random acts of kindness.
Angie,
Is this work for you,
Your service?
I don't understand the question.
These lives,
Is this how you're serving?
What lives?
These sessions are part of it,
Yeah.
Part of it is my sessions on Israel and Tamil.
I also have groups in Hebrew.
I give lectures.
I hold silence retreats.
I help people one-on-one.
I help couples.
Whatever is necessary.
That's what I'm involved in.
Every opportunity to spread unconditional love is a fantastic opportunity.
And every moment is that opportunity.
So don't elude yourself to believe that something else should happen.
Or you should be more available,
Less busy,
Whatever.
Today is the best day for you to go out and do some Seva.
Tomorrow will not be as good as this day.
So go and do it.
The book is called Awakening and it was written by our dear Yaron.
That's me,
Guilty as charged.
Feeding into the fields,
Cultural and on platforms,
Wow,
Can get quite overwhelming.
I feel like I just want my children and me and be in love with that in life.
I have done enough service of others and it's been abused.
And I still be like,
I need me.
I give freely love,
Freely with all in my walk.
I give unconditional love and people abuse it.
So there is a tension in you between the result that you are hoping for and the result that actually manifested.
Do you see that?
People should not abuse my unconditional love.
Really?
How do you know?
When you feel that people should not abuse your unconditional love,
And they do,
How does it feel?
Do you feel like opening your heart to it or closing your heart to it?
You see,
It's not about what people do with your unconditional love.
It's not just the results.
You're not looking for the results.
That's why it's unconditional.
What is the definition of unconditional love?
You have no conditions.
The result of my actions should be this and that.
No,
I give love just like the sun in the sky.
No,
I give love just like the sun is giving its light and warmth.
Why?
Because that's the sun.
That's the nature of the sun.
It doesn't have any conditions about it.
The sun is not insulted if I choose to stay home and hide in the air condition.
Right?
I can sunbathe or be in the air condition.
It's nothing to do with the sun.
So your unconditional love.
Same.
Don't worry about what people choose to do with it.
It's their department,
Not yours.
Your department is to spread that.
Give it.
Give it.
And you'll see like opposite of money.
The more you give,
The more the fountains flowing.
What else?
Time for one or two more questions.
I can be physically attacked all of this.
If you are physically attacked,
Then you protect yourself.
Do whatever it takes to preserve life and keep yourself healthy.
For sure.
But as long as nobody attacks you physically,
And it's just an idea about what could happen,
Then it's not helping.
If you choose that idea,
Then you are in a survival mode for no reason.
Psychic attacks.
I can find the grounding heart.
Okay,
That's your challenge.
Ground yourself.
It's got nothing to do with other people.
What they do or don't do.
You ground yourself.
You remind yourself again and again.
I choose to stay open.
I choose to stay soft.
I am peace.
I am love.
This is what I am here to spread.
Nee?
You meditate.
You hug a tree.
Whatever it takes to ground yourself.
Bring your mind back to the present moment,
Rather than flowing into the future with frightening thoughts about what might happen.
What else?
Barbara!
I am sitting in the back of the class today.
I find myself loving the silence more and more.
For some reason I had in mind that this session is going to be silent.
But apparently it was not meant to be.
By the way,
Barbara,
I sent you an email like two weeks ago.
I haven't received any reply.
I don't know if you received it.
Those people aren't for me at the moment.
What people?
Thomas.
Is universal consciousness different than consciousness?
Not in reality,
But we can definitely feel detached from universal consciousness.
Most of us actually do feel detached.
We have our own private,
Limited,
Self-absorbed consciousness,
And we feel that that has a life of its own,
Regardless of whatever is happening in the bigger scheme.
It's like the wave forgetting the ocean.
Think about a wave that is completely ignorant about the existence of the ocean.
So there is the small mind,
That is self-concerned,
And there is the big mind,
Which is always there.
The small mind is always an aspect of the big mind.
It's just a question of does it realize it?
Or is it living in ignorance?
No?
Are people pleasing and helping others with no motives,
Are they the same?
I'm not sure what you mean by the same.
We are all different,
Unique,
But a part of the same show,
The same play.
Just changing walls,
Changing wardrobes,
But the same place.
Come on?
And what about the medium-sized mind that considers both?
That's okay too?
Yeah,
That's okay too.
Just try to imagine what happens to the consciousness of the wave when it remembers the ocean and never forgets it again.
What happens to the self-identity of the wave when it realizes it was always an oceanic expression?
It was never a wave,
There is no wave,
The wave never starts anywhere.
Can you tell me where a wave starts and where does it end?
Do you see what I'm saying?
AJ,
Is the small mind who we are all trying to convince of the big mind?
You are not in the process of trying to convince anything.
This is not about me convincing you or you trying to convince yourself.
Don't try to convince anything to anyone.
You be that.
You be an expression of that.
That's it.
It's not a mental thing.
It's not about an idea that you try to persuade somebody about.
Be it.
You are that.
Only people haven't abused my unconditional love.
Maybe it isn't possible yet.
I have known patterns where I am attacked.
Attacked to people who treat me badly without conscious intent.
Then it's some self-observation to look at yourself and see what's there that attracts negative energy,
That will harm you.
Why is that happening?
Do that without convincing yourself that it was a mistake.
That it shouldn't have happened.
Wrong things should not have happened to you.
Those people should never have appeared in you.
Sometimes the rough experiences that we have when you look back onto your path you see those places were opportunities for you to grow.
That's it.
Opportunities in time to grow.
We are way past convincing,
At least in the US politics.
Yes,
100% I am doing this good.
So,
Dear people.
One last question.
A wave starts as it gains momentum and with pressure or temperature a wave behind it and ends when it hits the beach.
I watch them every day.
I just came back from the beach.
And still struggle with loving my self-esteem.
It's fantastic that you realize that and you are able to put your finger on that,
Craig.
Now,
Choose to go beyond that.
How do you love yourself?
You know yourself.
Once you know who you are,
What you are,
Once you know the magnitude of your own consciousness the question whether you should love it or hate it is irrelevant anymore.
Because it's not even you loving anything.
It's an expression of love that flows through you.
That entity that tries to love or avoids hating,
That entity doesn't exist anymore.
So dive deep into self-knowledge.
Learn interacting conversations with enlightened people.
Make it the most important thing for you.
And I tell you,
Guarantee,
Self-esteem is not an issue anymore.
Self-image.
Why do we need self-image?
Why do we need an image?
Because we have no knowing.
Put an image to it.
It's like that.
We have to have a concept,
Some kind of a picture because there is no direct knowing.
Not an intellectual,
Philosophical idea,
But a direct experience of it.
So we need an image.
Don't worry about the image.
You know yourself and the rest will follow.
Good.
We are running out of time.
Do your homework.
Go back to the Insight Timer page and find those talks and meditations that we've discussed and listen,
Practice.
Don't be lazy.
Find people that are more in need than you and shed your unconditional love.
And we can meet again next week.
Hopefully by then I will be in Canada.
Thank you very much for your time,
Your questions,
Your beautiful presence,
Your donations.
Love you very much.
Bye bye.
