SELF-knowledge is the internal command. Through the path of 7 levels of existence, we shed off false ideas and identifications, to realize the nature of the SELF. In this first layer, we realize: "I am not my BODY". The body is the temple in which "I" am hosted. Practice this guided meditation to heal the relationship with your body, and to sharpen your communication skills with it, as you grow beyond it, while realizing: The BODY is temporary, "I" am eternal.

Let us take a deep breath in and let go.

Sit comfortably with your back straight and your eyes closed.

Let's take another deep breath in and relax.

Become aware of the posture of your body on the seat.

Feel the weight of the body upon your seat.

Without moving anything,

Just be aware.

Take another deep breath in and let go.

In the next few moments,

We shall embark on a journey,

An internal journey within our body.

While traveling inside,

Let us keep this intention.

I am here for you,

My body.

What can I do for you?

Without any effort,

Gently shift your attention to the right foot,

The right knee,

The right thigh,

The right hip,

The whole of the right leg.

Take a deep breath in and let the left foot,

Left knee,

Left thigh,

Left hip,

The whole of the left leg.

Another deep breath in and relax.

Move up to the belly and abdomen.

If thoughts come flying into your mind,

No matter.

Let them fly by and with the next breath in,

Come back to the belly.

Your stomach,

Let go of all tensions in the belly area.

Let it be loose and comfortable.

Move up to the chest and shoulders,

Right arm,

Left arm,

Throat,

And neck,

The back of your head,

The forehead,

The smooth,

And jaws are loose.

The whole body,

Body,

The body is a beautiful gift from Mother Nature.

Accept your body,

Embrace it as it is.

Your body is your best and most intimate friend.

Make sure you are aware,

You are attentive to what he has to say to you.

Be aware of the silence revealed within your body.

Take another deep breath in and let go.

You,

You are silence.

Take another deep breath in and let go.

Be aware once again to the sensation within the body.

Slowly you can move your fingers and your toes.

Take another deep breath in and let go.

Become aware of the room and the surroundings with a smile.

Take one last breath in and relax.

And when you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.

Thank you for helping us understand this in words i personally feel that language is limited and describing the nature of consciousness with words can be a challenge . I wonder then what? My answer- no free will, no choice, no doubt, no belief, no questions no wondering then what? Silence…. ok so then why seek a guru? I am that after all ,always have been, and you have helped me wake up then what? I guess what i am asking is why do i have this desire to keep seeking , why practice what am i yearning for?
