There is only one microphone and you stare at the huge audience gathered from all around the city.
It is to listen to you sing.
Visualize the crowds waiting for your singing.
Anticipating.
And as they watch you on that stage become aware of your body and breath.
The changes in the breath.
May it be deeper or shallower,
Faster or slower.
Never mind,
Just observe.
Any changes in the body.
Put your attention in your belly area.
The chest.
The throat.
Become aware of your heartbeat.
If you find a place that is stuck,
Contracted,
Put your attention in that area.
Focus your attention on that organ.
Exaggerate the tension.
Contract it more and more.
Take a deep breath in to that organ.
Hold it inside.
And let go.
Another deep breath in.
Feel that area with peace and tranquility.
And relax.
Breathe in.
And let go.
Direct your breath to the contracted area.
Shower it with healing energy.
You may picture a stream of white light filling that area.
Comforting.
And with each exhalation,
Breath out the tension.
As if a flower is blooming inside that contracted organ.
Relax more and more.
Until the flower is wide open.
And the tension is no more.
Loose and relaxed.
Open your imaginary eyes to watch that audience once again.
Peaceful and harmonious.
Sing your song.
Allow it to flow through you.
And as you finish your song,
Know that together with the audience,
The divinity itself is applauding you.
Take a deep breath in.
And let go.
Another deep breath in.
And relax.
Gently come back to the body.
You may move your fingers and toes.
Another deep breath in.
And let go.
Come back to the room and the surroundings.
With a smile,
Take another deep breath in.

And when you feel comfortable,
