Lindsey is an embodiment guide and yoga teacher that helps people feel at home and alive in their body. Lindsey invites people to experience both the joy of movement and the healing power of rest and stillness. Lindsey leads movement classes that take you on a journey of exploration and self-expression tapping into the body's wisdom and healing intelligence. Each class includes a combination of gentle flow yoga, free form movement, and mindfulness practices. Classes end with restorative/yin yoga postures to help balance the nervous system and unwind the body. Movement and creative expression have been central to Lindsey's wellbeing, healing, and spiritual journey. Her teaching is informed by training in yoga, counseling psychology, mindfulness, health promotion, and health coaching.
