Welcome.
Today we are going to practice listening to the quiet but powerful inner voice of love.
Some call this whisper our inner knowing.
Some call it divine source.
It is a voice from within ourselves that offers a message of truth and love,
With the power to heal and transform.
Begin to notice your breath.
Tune in to the rhythm and texture of the inhale and the exhale.
Awareness of our breath helps ground us in our body in the present moment.
Now invite forth whatever emotions are present for you in this moment.
It might help to scan your body for sensations and physical cues to help identify what you're feeling.
You're not trying to change anything,
Just notice.
Name,
Acknowledge,
And be with those emotions,
With radical acceptance of what is.
Now let's bring our attention to our heart space.
You might place one hand over your heart and start to connect with the source of love within.
Now we will ask our heart an important question.
What would you have me know today?
What message of loving kindness would you have me know in this moment?
Listen to what is alive in you.
Listen to your inner source of love.
Hold that message of love close and continue to breathe and soften.
Receive it.
As we close out this short meditation and carry on with our day,
Know you are loved.
