This is your two-minute reset.

A gentle pause in the middle of your day.

Begin by taking a deep slow breath in through your nose and as you exhale let go of any tension you might be holding.

One more breath in and as you breathe out Softly settle into this moment.

If you're comfortable gently close your eyes or you can simply soften your gaze looking gently downward.

Now bring your attention to the top of your head.

Imagine a warm soft and gentle beam of golden light descending from above.

This light holds a quality of rest and renewal.

Feel it touch the crown of your head then wash down through your forehead releasing any worries.

Let it soften your jaw and shoulders letting go of any tension you've been carrying.

Allow this light to flow into your chest gathering in the center of your heart.

With each inhale draw in more of its peaceful fresh energy.

With each exhale release what you no longer need.

Let the light expand from your chest filling your entire torso.

Feel it move down through your hips,

Your legs and all the way to your feet.

You are now completely filled with this quiet renewing light.

When you're ready take a deeper breath in anchoring this sense of peace and as you exhale gently open your eyes.

You can carry this feeling of calm and clarity with you as you move forward into the rest of your day.
