Welcome.

Settle in.

Let your body arrive gently and let your breath soften.

There is no urgency here.

No need to strive,

Perform,

Or perfect.

You've already arrived.

Notice the air moving through you.

The steadiness beneath you.

The quiet presence within you.

Begin to feel yourself held by this breath.

By this moment.

By something greater that asks nothing from you.

Nothing needs to be fixed right now.

Bring gentle awareness now to the places within you that are still chasing.

Where in your life have you been striving to feel enough?

Where have you been trying to earn your worth?

Through productivity,

Achievement,

Approval,

Or perfection?

What expectations are you holding on to that exhaust you?

Who are you trying to become when perhaps you are already that person?

Let these questions land gently.

Not as demands for answers,

But as invitations to notice.

You are safe to see yourself clearly without judgment.

Just honesty.

Just presence.

Just breath.

Bring your hand to your heart,

Or simply fill the center of your chest.

Whisper inside,

Come home.

Let your awareness draw inward.

Toward your center.

Not to fix.

Not to analyze.

Just to be with yourself.

Right here is enough.

As you breathe,

Begin to gently repeat in rhythm with your breath.

This is enough.

I am enough.

This is enough.

I am enough.

Let the words land deeper than the mind.

Let them drop into the body.

Into the bones.

Into the nervous system.

Fill the way each breath becomes a soft agreement with life.

Each moment,

Complete.

Each breath,

Sacred.

This is enough.

I am enough.

Bring to mind one simple thing you already have.

A relationship.

A sensation.

A moment of beauty.

That brings you ease.

Let it be.

Enough.

Now allow your heart to feel full.
