You've done enough for now.

Let this be a pause that fills you,

Not just slows you down.

Take this time for yourself,

A few quiet minutes to center your heart,

Your breath and your awareness.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

Sit with your spine tall,

But not tense.

Let your shoulders soften and your eyes close.

Rest your hands gently in your lap.

Now,

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Once more,

Breathe in deeply,

Filling your lungs completely.

With each breath,

Allow tension to melt away.

Let go of the pressure to do more,

Be more,

Have more.

Instead,

Breathe in this simple truth.

You're allowed to enjoy the little things.

Let this next inhale fill you with that permission.

And with your exhale,

Feel yourself settle just a bit more into the present moment.

Today,

We explore the joy tucked into life's simplest moments.

Moments we often pass by without notice.

But,

When we pause,

We see they're quietly waiting to bless us.

Imagine the first sip of your favorite drink,

A beam of light spilling across your floor,

The soft laugh of someone you love.

Joy doesn't need to be grand,

It just needs to be noticed.

Take a breath and call to mind a simple joy from your week.

Not an achievement,

Just a small,

Sweet moment that brought a smile.

Hold it in your heart for a few breaths.

Now,

Whisper gently to yourself,

This is enough.

You don't have to wait for the weekend,

A vacation,

Or a milestone to fill whole.

The moment you're in is worthy of your joy.

Let's close with three affirming breaths.

Inhale,

Presence.

Exhale,

Distraction.

Inhale,

Gratitude.

Exhale,

Rushing.

Inhale,

Joy.

Exhale,

Resistance.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Bring this sense of stillness into the rest of your day.

And remember,

Simple moments hold sacred gifts.
