This is your two-minute moment to set a positive tone for your day.

Begin by taking a deep breath in and a slow exhale,

Letting go of the lingering thoughts of the morning.

Settle into a relaxed posture and if you're comfortable,

Gently close your eyes or cast a soft gaze downward.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

To the space around your heart.

Imagine a soft golden light beginning to flicker and grow there.

It's a warm light like a gentle sunrise.

With each breath in,

This light becomes brighter,

More vibrant.

As you breathe out,

Imagine this light moving forward from your heart like a steady beam stretched out into the day ahead of you.

Picture it touching every moment you will encounter.

Conversations,

Decisions,

Movements,

Infusing them with your chosen intention.

Now,

Gently choose an intention for today.

Perhaps it's a quality you want to embody like kindness,

Focus,

Courage,

Or ease or an emotion you'd like to feel like gratitude or peace.

Feel that chosen quality settle into your body and mind like a quiet promise to yourself.

Know that as you step into your day,

That intention will naturally flow from you,

Through you,

Guiding your actions and your presence.

When you're ready,

Take one more deep breath and as you exhale,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying that sense of purpose and focus with you into the day.
