I feel much more relaxed after listening to this meditation. I so appreciate that you allow the sounds of breathing and yawning to come through.. The yawns are contagious and when I yawn, my nervous system relaxes and feels safer. I feel I'm connecting with our humanness while simultaneously connecting with spirit.
