My name is Vivian Gerard and I am delighted
To be guiding you in a New Moon in Pisces meditation.
Let's go ahead and close our eyes
And start to bring all of your attention fully into this moment.
This little pocket of time
That you have claimed to sit in the frequency,
The vibration of a New Moon in Pisces.
We are wrapping up the zodiac cycle and getting ready to begin with Aries next month.
And so
This is a potent time to set intentions of bringing everything together that we have
Been exploring over the past year.
In order to do that,
The most powerful place is to have all
Of our attention fully here in this moment.
And so as you focus on calling your attention
Back into your body,
Imagine you can make the root chakra as powerful as possible,
A magnet calling all of you fully here into this moment.
As you focus on your root chakra,
You might feel that your body becomes heavier,
More dense.
There's a weight in your body as you
Feel your energy,
Your consciousness coming down and into your human form.
Your shoulders might
Hunch over a little bit or you might get a wave of energy moving through your body as your
Awareness comes all the way in.
Keep your focus on your root.
Allowing your energy to gracefully,
Easily land in your human form.
Relaxing your muscles
As you feel the shift in your awareness.
Opening your shoulder blades a little wider,
Allowing your heart chakra to open up.
Pisces,
The sign of the dreamer,
The ones who love so big,
So wide,
With such inclusivity for all of our failures,
Mistakes,
Weaknesses.
The Pisces energy
Just welcomes all of who we are into this current experience of being a human.
And so allow your
Heart chakra to open a little bit wider,
Perhaps just to yourself first,
Maybe then to the people
Around you in your community.
If you're really brave,
Maybe your heart opens to the world.
All of humanity as we move through such chaotic,
Roller coaster emotional times of growth.
Bringing your awareness
Deeper down into your root chakra,
Even as your heart stays open.
Relaxing the muscles of your body again and perhaps wiggling your jaw a little bit,
Loosening up.
Any grip you have on old stories,
Old beliefs,
Words you may have been holding back,
Just wiggle your jaw.
Yawning helps to release any of that tension.
And allow yourself to come even more deeply into this moment,
All the way down and into your human
Form.
As you bring your attention down to your root,
You can even visualize running that attention,
That focus,
All the way down through your legs to your feet and connecting your feet firmly in with
Our planet,
With the consciousness of Gaia.
Feeling yourself land even more firmly in this moment.
Your body so connected to this planet.
Here you are,
An infinite soul in a human form,
Walking on this planet at a time of such expansion,
Such awareness rippling through humanity.
Here you are.
And being fully present is the most powerful place to be.
So feel your feet connect in with the earth.
Feel the fullness of your body as your energy sits so firmly inside of you.
Notice how your mind has quieted down.
There might be a sense of spaciousness
Inside of your body as you spread your energy from your feet all the way through
Your body.
Relaxing the muscles.
And you can visualize yourself seated,
If that's what you are and that feels comfortable to you.
You can visualize yourself standing,
Feet planted on the earth,
Strong,
Standing like an oak tree,
Like a big fir tree,
Gently able to sway in the wind
As energy,
Collective energy moves around you,
But immovable,
Unshakable.
Feeling all of your awareness fully here in this moment.
And allowing your senses to turn up their volume,
Become more heightened.
Perhaps you can hear frequency vibration buzzing in your ears in this stillness,
In this quiet space.
Perhaps you can feel the energy moving through your body,
Maybe it's a sense of warmth or flow
Of consciousness.
You might find that your vision internally is heightened,
Your third eye is more activated,
As you have all of your awareness here in this moment.
You might see within your closed eyes,
Colors,
Words,
Phrases,
Images.
You might have a sense of information flowing in through your crown chakra,
Down into your body,
Knowing that isn't quite definable.
It's not like words on a page or a movie on a screen,
But you can sense,
You can feel information inside of your physical body.
Your body may be a little bit more active,
But it's not like words on a page or a movie on a screen.
Your body may be speaking to you,
The different chakras that are connected to the physical body,
May be giving you messages,
Wisdom,
Allow the energy to move through your body.
Sometimes our heart is healing,
Transforming in meditation space,
And we don't have words for it.
There's no human mind managing the process,
But we can feel the healing happening in our heart.
Energy is moving from our upper chakras down through our digestive system,
Through our stomach,
Our third chakra,
Down to the root,
Down our legs and into the earth,
And new information is being absorbed,
Digested,
Brought into our human awareness,
And there's no actual structure for it,
No words to define it,
But we can feel the shift in our body.
Instead of resisting the process,
Simply allow the energy to come in through your crown and move
Through your body.
You can set the intention that the only energy coming in through your crown
Is of your own higher consciousness,
Your own awareness from outside of this human realm,
Coming to you into this human realm.
No one else's energy,
Simply more of you coming into you,
The infinite coming into the embodiment,
Yours,
And instead of resisting that flow,
Simply visualize energy,
Your energy,
Moving through your chakras from the upper chakras
All the way down through your body,
Through your root,
Through your legs,
Through your feet,
And into Gaia,
Relaxing your body as you allow that to happen,
Knowing that in Pisces energy,
It's not necessarily about understanding it or articulating it.
It's being one with the flow of consciousness that we already are.
And allowing our human experience to expand,
To integrate more of our consciousness here in the human body,
The human form,
Relaxing your muscles,
Allowing yourself to be at ease,
Your infinite with your human.
Here in this moment,
Aligning with the potential of the new moon in Pisces,
This is a time and opportunity
To set intentions,
To cast our desires out into consciousness,
Into awareness,
Trusting that our clarity goes with that intention and allows the intention to return to us
Manifested in the physical,
In divine timing,
Letting go of our need to be in the physical,
In divine timing,
Letting go of our need to control it,
To measure it,
To expect it,
Simply trusting,
Casting the intention out,
Knowing that it is returning in the perfect moment,
In the perfect manner,
In the perfect alignment for our human experience.
You can cast one intention out,
Multiple intentions out,
You can come back to this
Meditation and cast one at a time and trust the process,
Trust your own consciousness,
Guiding the return,
The manifestation of that intention.
And gently bring your attention back to your heart chakra,
You could even place your hand on your heart if that feels in alignment for you.
And breathe into the power,
The strength,
The courage of your own heart.
Here you are,
An infinite soul that chose to come have a human journey and you're doing it,
You're showing up moment after moment after moment.
Allow yourself to feel the immensity of the love that your heart can hold,
Can receive,
Can offer out into humanity,
Can allow back into your own heart.
And how the heart chakra just simply expands and,
What is it,
Everyone says it's a muscle,
The heart is a muscle,
The more you use it,
The stronger it becomes.
As you trust in your own capacity to love,
You love more,
You love bigger,
You love bolder,
You love stronger,
Even if sometimes it hurts and you pull back in and you contract,
And you pull back in and you contract,
The heart muscle becomes stronger.
So as we wrap up this zodiac cycle,
As we bring all of the lessons of this past year together and
We prepare for a new zodiac cycle to begin,
Honor the capacity of your heart,
The strength
Of your love,
Your ability to give and to receive in bigger and bigger ways,
And know that your infinite soul is guiding this human journey implicitly,
Impeccably,
Beautifully.
You've got this.
Bringing your hand back down to your lap,
Shake and wiggle yourself fully back into this moment.
As you feel ready,
Go ahead and open your eyes,
Allow yourself to take in the physical reality
Of your human world right now,
Knowing that everything you see in meditation space
Is just as real,
Just as true as what you see in your physical reality.
And allow them to merge,
To integrate,
To guide you forward as we move into this new lunar cycle.
