Welcome to this guided meditation.

This is your time.

A moment to release,

To soften and to reconnect with the essence of who you are.

Find a comfortable position,

Whether sitting or lying down,

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

There is nowhere to be,

Nothing to do,

Just you,

Right here,

Right now.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

Again breathe in,

Feel how your body expands,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension.

With each breath,

You sink deeper into relaxation,

As if you are melting into the present moment.

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Imagine a warm golden light gently touching your crown,

Dissolving any tension.

This warm golden light moves down,

Relaxing your forehead,

Softening your jaw,

Releasing your neck and shoulders.

With every breath,

This golden energy flows down,

Melting away any stress in your chest,

Your arms,

Your spine,

All the way to your fingertips.

It continues down through your hips,

Your legs,

And your feet,

Until your entire body is filled in this warm golden light.

You are held,

You are safe,

You are at peace.

Now shift your attention inward.

Imagine a soft glow at the center of your chest,

A radiant light at the core of your being.

This is your essence,

The part of you untouched by stress,

Fear,

Or doubt.

It is infinite,

Boundless,

Pure.

With each inhale,

This light grows warmer and brighter.

And with each exhale,

It expands beyond your body,

Filling the space around you.

You are not your thoughts,

You are not your worries.

You are this light,

This presence,

This infinite loving awareness.

For a few moments,

Simply rest here,

Breathing,

Feeling,

And just being.

Now,

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am calm,

I am centered,

I am whole.

Peace flows through me effortlessly.

I am deeply connected to myself and the universe.

Feel these words resonating within you,

Not just as thoughts,

But as the truth.

Now,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the ground beneath your feet,

The air on your skin,

And the steady rhythm of your heart.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

And awaken your body with a sense of gratitude.

Remember that this calm energy is always within you.

No matter what happens around you,

You can return to this space,

This breath,

And this light.

Take it with you as you move through your day.

You are aligned,

You are grounded,

You are whole.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.
