Welcome to this guided meditation.
Sit or lay down comfortably and whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes.
To get started and to ground yourself in this moment,
Let's just first take a couple of deep breaths.
Just follow your own pace.
I now invite you to just do a simple check-in with yourself.
How are you feeling right now?
Do you feel any tension in any part of your body?
If you do,
Focus your attention on that part and take another deep breath to release that tension.
If you listen to this in the morning,
Ask yourself,
What do I want to take with me throughout the rest of the day?
And if you listen to this later in the day or in the evening,
Ask yourself,
What do I want to take with me throughout the night?
Could be a feeling of bliss or of gratitude or of happiness.
Some type of feeling that lights up your energy or makes you feel calmer.
Focus on that now.
When you focus on that feeling,
Make it even stronger.
Feel it throughout your whole body.
Feel how it expands into your energy field and beyond.
Create a beautiful bubble around you with this feeling,
So that you can take it with you throughout the rest of your day or night.
And whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes again.
