Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can feel relaxed without interruptions.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and allow your body to sink into a state of ease and grace.
Once you're ready,
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths at your own pace.
Inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
With each breath,
Release any tension you may be holding on to and allow yourself to fully relax.
Now,
I want to invite you to bring to mind a specific situation in which you like to have more self-confidence.
Visualize this scenario in your mind and imagine that this scenario plays out exactly as you want it to be.
Now,
Think about a moment in your life where you felt completely confident.
Remember how it felt in your body.
Can you feel the sensations?
Perhaps you can see any colors or hear a specific sound.
Or do you remember a certain smell or taste?
Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory and relive this moment as if you are experiencing it right now.
While you enjoy this moment of full confidence,
Envision yourself drawing a large circle on the ground around you.
Imagine this circle expanding to about three meters around you.
Now,
You step into this circle.
This is your circle of confidence.
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
Feel how it's steady and supportive.
Are there any colors?
Does this circle have a specific color?
Do you hear a sound?
Is there a certain smell or taste?
Does this circle have a specific texture?
What does this circle look like for you?
And allow yourself to fully embody the confidence that you can feel in this circle.
Notice how your breathing becomes deeper and more relaxed.
Feel the tension melting away from your body as you enjoy this moment,
This moment of confidence.
Now,
Think about the situation again that we started our meditation journey with.
The situation in which you would like to have more confidence.
Envision this situation and see how it is unfolding before you.
But this time,
Instead of wanting more confidence,
Imagine that this situation is playing out in the most ideal scenario.
Exactly how you want it to be and how you want it to happen.
And once you have envisioned this moment,
Your most ideal scenario,
With full confidence,
Step out of the circle and leave those feelings of confidence and empowerment within the circle.
Know that you can return to this circle whenever you need access to these feelings of confidence and empowerment.
Take a moment to reflect on your experience.
Perhaps you still feel the feelings of confidence throughout your body.
Remember that you have already programmed yourself to boost your confidence and to build your confidence in any situation.
And now that you have found this new sense of empowerment and confidence,
It is time to get ready for the rest of your day and to return to this present moment.
Carry this sense of confidence with you and remember that with this sense of confidence and with the circle that you can always come back to,
You can face any challenge that comes your way today.
Whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Remember,
You have the power to step into this circle of confidence.
Whenever you need it,
Trust in yourself and let your inner light shine bright.
