Welcome to this morning meditation for alignment.
In this meditation,
You're gonna align with your soul's desire,
With your true self.
Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position.
And if you haven't already,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath into your heart,
Filling up your heart with love,
And then exhaling completely.
Take a few more deep and slow breaths to your heart,
Activating your heart,
As if breathing in with your heart,
And feel that sense of love awakening within you,
As you awaken your heart.
Feel your breath flowing in and flowing out of your beautiful heart.
And now,
With an open heart,
Ask yourself,
Who is it that I want to be today?
What state of being do I want to live in?
How do I want to feel?
You don't have to give it a label,
Just see if you can become aware of that feeling.
Another question you can ask yourself is,
If I could give one thing to everyone I meet,
Then what would it be?
One state of being.
One feeling state.
Tune in to that state of being.
See if you can get a little glimpse of it,
And when you do,
Then just focus on it,
All of your focus on that state of being.
Tune into it even more.
Feel it.
Whenever a thought or a feeling that does not feel aligned come up,
Then just let it go and consciously come back to this newly chosen state of being.
Allow the world to reflect back at you what it is that you truly desire.
You do that by living in your chosen state,
And not allow any circumstance,
Any thought,
Or any person to take that away from you.
So set the tone for today,
Choose your frequency.
Enjoy that beautiful feeling that is unique to you,
As if your heart is smiling.
Now,
Take a moment to set for today the intention that no matter what,
You are going to stay true to this state of being.
