Transcript

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly let all of the air flow out of your mouth.

Allow your breath to become slower,

To become deeper,

And feel your body relaxing more as your breath becomes slower.

Relax,

Breathe,

Relax your mind,

Relax your body.

Can you place your attention on the awareness that is listening to my voice right now?

That awareness which is aware of your own thoughts,

Your feelings,

And the sensations of the physical body.

Become aware of this ever-present awareness.

When you let go of everything,

You will realize that this awareness always remains,

Aware of the fact that you exist.

Just try to get a sense of that,

That sense of I AM,

I EXIST,

Beyond anything my mind can perceive.

Rest in pure beingness,

And allow your thoughts to flow by without you judging them,

Without you identifying yourself with those thoughts.

Like the clouds in the sky,

They come and they go.

The sky is not affected by the clouds,

It stays the same,

Infinite and formless sky.

Be like the sky,

Relax into this awareness,

Unfold yourself,

Allow yourself to rest here for a moment.

Whenever a thought comes up,

You don't judge it,

You just let it go,

And you come back to this awareness of I AM.

Now,

What is it that you want to manifest?

Take a moment to become super clear on what it is that you want to create.

In order to attract it,

You must become the person who already attracted it,

Right now.

For you only attract what you are,

And not what you want.

Start by visualizing your manifestation.

See it in your mind's eye.

It doesn't matter if you visualize it as if from your own eyes,

Or from a third-person perspective,

Just make the vision as vivid as possible.

See yourself,

Living the manifestation,

Having the thing you want to attract,

Live it right now.

Stay there,

Fully immerse yourself in it.

How does this version of yourself feel?

What are the emotions that manifesting this brings with it?

Gratitude,

Love,

Joy,

Feel those emotions,

Become that person.

Keep seeing it in your mind's eye.

Make the vision so real that these emotions automatically come up.

Allow your vision to flow.

What would this version of yourself do?

How would you act?

Become this person,

Living this life.

Feel the gratitude,

Feel the celebration of having manifested this.

Allow yourself to really feel this emotion.

Open your heart to this reality.

Now it is time to let it go.

Just completely let it go,

Knowing that it is already done.

Rest in gratitude,

Surrender your manifestation,

Slowly come back to your body,

Feel your breath flowing in and out of your body.

Now it is time to set your intention.

Set the intention to live as this person,

To live as this version of yourself.
