Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position in which you can deeply relax.
Close your eyes and begin by breathing deeply and slowly in through your nose and out of the mouth.
And as you exhale,
Allow for all of the air to flow out of your body,
And at the end,
Enjoy the stillness for a few seconds.
Feel your breath slowly flowing in and flowing out of your body,
Relaxing your body and calming down the mind.
Feel your body relaxing deeply,
And your mind becoming more and more still.
Your thoughts are like the clouds in the sky,
They flow by,
With you,
The sky,
Stays unaffected by the clouds.
So,
Whenever a thought comes up,
Just accept it as it is,
And let it flow by,
And come back with your awareness to that empty,
Sky-like presence.
Take a moment to scan your body,
Beginning at the tips of your toes all the way up,
Up,
Up to the top of your head,
Feeling your feet,
Your legs,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your back,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands,
All the way to your head,
Relaxing your face,
The muscles in your forehead,
Your eyelids,
Your jaw.
As you feel the body,
Allow yourself to sink into deeper relaxation.
There is absolutely nothing that you have to do right now,
All you have to do is just be,
Just exist as you are,
And in this moment,
In this emptiness,
Just accept everything in your life exactly as it is,
And know that there is something bigger,
Something so much more intelligent than you,
Working for you behind the scenes,
And rest in that faith,
And accept yourself as you are,
You are trying your best with what you have,
So love yourself,
Love yourself as you are,
Exactly as you are right now,
In this moment,
You are whole as you are,
You were born already complete,
And never will you not be complete.
If you want,
You can place your left hand on your heart and say to yourself,
I love you,
You are perfect as you are,
I accept you as you are,
And give yourself permission to truly feel this love for yourself,
For life,
Within you.
