Tonight.
We are going to tend to what really breaks after infidelity.
When it is discovered.
Everyone starts talking about the relationship.
People ask you what you are going to do.
They give you opinions you did not ask for.
Meanwhile,
The real fracture remains in silence.
And we are going to look at it together.
Let us take the time to name it.
Because it is almost never named.
Infidelity damages two things.
The first.
Everyone talks about.
Trust in the other person.
The second.
No one talks about.
Trust in your own reading of things.
In other words.
Your ability to trust what you feel.
It holds in four words that you repeat to yourself at three in the morning.
I did not see a thing.
And that is not true.
Your body had sent you signals.
A knot in your stomach at certain times.
A discomfort that you pushed aside.
Telling yourself you were exaggerating.
You were not exaggerating.
Since then.
Each time an intuition rises.
You wonder whether it is a reliable signal.
Or a leftover scar.
And it is exhausting.
Tonight.
We will not talk about staying or leaving.
That decision is yours.
We are going to set your judgment right side up again.
I recommend you practice this meditation for at least 30 consecutive nights.
That is the time needed for your unconscious to absorb the content of this video.
And if you fall asleep during the practice.
Do not worry.
It is completely natural.
Your unconscious listens even while you sleep.
And continues to reprogram itself.
And now.
Settle into your bed.
The meditation will begin soon.
Before anything else your eyes.
Stop holding them open.
Release that hold.
And your eyelids meet.
A rope now.
It starts here and goes straight down to the depths of you.
Thick hemp.
Warm under your fingers.
Both your hands rest on it.
Five grips.
One notch deeper each time.
The upper hand lets go and settles lower.
The hemp slides through your palm.
Rough and warm.
The other hand follows.
The outside noises remain above.
Your shoulders relax before you have decided to let them.
For.
The rope slips through your fingers.
It lowers you all by itself.
Five.
Your feet touch the bottom.
Wide and soft.
You let go of the rope.
There is nothing left to climb back up to tonight.
Your feet now.
Place your attention under the right foot.
Than under the left.
Feel the warmth.
A heat is born there.
And whatever it touches melts.
What was held in place loses its angles.
And becomes liquid.
Like a candle left too close to the fire.
Your toes loosen one by one.
Your calves spread out.
The bend of your knees relaxes.
Your thighs sink open.
Your hips open.
On the in-breath.
Something fills from the very bottom.
On the out-breath.
The melting rises one level.
The small of your back flattens.
Then the warmth passes through your belly.
It used to tighten here.
Some Evenings long before you understood why.
That belly was right.
Tonight.
The knot gives back its length.
Like a thread that had been pulled too far.
Your ribs spread each time the air comes in.
Your shoulder blades melt into the bed.
Your shoulders slide downwards.
The warmth flows into your arms.
Your elbows loosen.
Your wrists give way.
It fills your palms and your fingers become too soft to grasp.
Your neck lengthens.
Your throat loosens.
There is a question left there.
Asked once and a half whisper.
This throat can return it.
Your jaw drops.
Your tongue settles.
Their cheeks soften.
The outline of your eyes smooths out.
Like a page you stop folding at the same place.
These eyes have been rereading the same evenings for months.
Your forehead spreads out.
Your scalp yields all the way up to the crown of your head.
Each exhalation melts you a little more.
Feel your whole body in one piece.
It settles down completely.
A warm wide mass that has taken the shape of the place where it rests.
And that is no longer holding anything at all.
Every muscle is relaxed.
Down to the last one.
And since nothing is holding on anymore.
Allow your unconscious to open.
It can open now.
The way a flower opens at night.
When it has waited for the coolness.
Nothing forces it.
And it opens.
And now imagine on your inner screen.
A pond at the very beginning of the day.
At the hour when the night has just ended.
And the day has not begun yet.
The mist lies at water level.
White layer.
Laid there during the night.
The air smells of fresh water.
Wet grass.
And Earth.
There is almost nothing.
Then a bird calls out far away and the calm closes over it.
Under your bare feet.
The ground softens and then gives way.
Soft warm mud rises between your toes.
Around you.
Tight reeds.
They rise a head taller than you.
And they make a dry sound when they touch.
When you push one aside,
The stem comes back to its place.
This place is used to waiting.
The light rises behind the trees on the opposite bank.
And it takes its time.
Step into the water.
Place one foot.
Then wait.
The cold rises along your calf.
Then it stops.
Place the other.
The water is shallow.
Mid-calf.
And your body adjusts to it in three breaths.
Down at your feet.
The water is clear.
And you see the bottom in detail.
Every pebble.
Two fallen leaves.
The reed stems plunging down.
An insect walks on the surface and leaves four round dimples in the light.
Now pass your foot over the bottom.
One movement.
No more.
Slowly without forcing.
The mud lifts at once.
A brown cloud spreads around your ankle and fills all the water.
You feel it reach the other leg.
Thicker than the water.
Do it again.
You need to see.
And you do it again and again.
Within a few seconds.
There is nothing but a gray soup.
And you cannot even see your feet anymore.
Stay there for a moment.
Your judgment has been in this state since that day.
Every night you stir things up.
You go over the same evenings.
You turn them one way and then the other.
And the more you search.
The less you see.
You cannot see the bottom of water that is being stirred.
So there is one thing you have never tried with this story.
Stop.
Your legs become still.
Your hands stay where they are.
And you no longer attempt anything.
Let your arms hang.
Feel the weight on both feet.
Evenly spread.
The bottom holds firm beneath you.
You do not clean water with your hands.
I invite you to repeat silently after me.
I let the water rest.
Watch what happens without you.
It begins at the edges.
Where the movement was weakest.
A band of water becomes clear again along the reeds.
It is as wide as a hand.
Than is in harm.
What was floating sinks and settles on the bottom without anyone asking it to.
The brown shifts to gray.
The gray becomes transparent.
And the clarity advances towards your feet.
Rest is working in your place.
Take the time to feel it.
Your body motionless.
And the water clearing by itself around it.
A bird stirs in the reeds behind you.
Then goes back to sleep.
And when the last grey veil withdraws,
Lower your eyes.
The bottom is there,
And it has something to give back to you.
Nothing has moved.
The mud is in its place.
The leaves in the same spots.
The first thing is to the right of your foot.
A knot in your stomach.
That particular evening.
That discomfort you had filed away.
It is intact.
And it was right.
Lean down.
Pass your hand through the water slowly.
So as not to stir anything up.
Your fingers find the bottom.
Then close.
Rise back up.
It has the weight of a warm stone in the hollow of your palm.
Squeeze it once.
Then keep it.
The second is a little further away.
Against a stem.
Take a half step in that direction without lifting your foot from the bottom.
A question you once asked out loud.
And that was brushed aside in three words.
It was valid.
Take it back too.
It rises into your throat and settles there again.
Warm.
The third is the biggest.
Spread out over the entire bottom.
Beneath the other two.
Your ability to sense things.
Nothing had disappeared.
It was only covered over.
Stand on it.
Both feet flat.
Knees soft.
I invite you to repeat silently after me.
My clarity is restored to me.
And as you straighten up.
The air becomes a little warmer on your face.
Something changes in the East.
The light rises and warms the mist from underneath.
The white turns gold.
And the layer that lay at water level lifts.
Accept.
That it takes a full year to rise.
It passes the tops of the reeds.
And three months go by.
It reaches the trees on the opposite bank and six more months pass.
When it reaches the height of your eyes.
It is another morning.
A year later.
The same pond and you're standing in it.
What has shifted in this body in one year?
The shoulders are low.
Very far from the ears.
The jaw is loose even when no one is looking.
The breath goes all the way down to the belly.
Look at your hands in this light.
They hang by your sides.
Open.
Fingers relaxed.
When they move.
It is to part a reed.
Unhurried.
And see how you stand here.
Upright in the middle of the shallow water.
Weight on both feet.
You look at the opposite bank.
Visible for quite a while now.
This version of you has taken back ownership of your choices.
He has chosen what he had to choose.
In his own time and for his own reasons.
And he believes himself again.
That begins tonight.
I invite you to repeat silently after me.
I believe myself again.
Let this image go.
Let the visualization drift away.
The mist,
However.
Remains.
But it has changed its rules while you were looking elsewhere.
It no longer depends on the weather.
Or the hour.
Or the season.
It follows what is happening in you.
And it has been doing so for quite some time now.
You grow calmer.
It lightens and lifts.
It rises along the reeds.
It passes above them.
And the opposite bank returns.
You rest more deeply.
It settles around you.
At shoulder height.
And white.
And it holds you where you are.
Each exhalation clears the water a little.
Each long breath raises the white by a meter.
Each time your body grows heavier.
Something settles at the bottom without a sound.
No one here finds this strange.
It is the ordinary way this place works.
The light has taken on the same rhythm.
It rises when your breath lengthens.
It stops when you stop.
There is no clock time here.
Morning takes as long as it wants and no one hurries it.
What becomes lighter in you becomes clearer in the water.
What settles in you settles on the bottom.
What belongs to you comes back from the depths.
Gently.
One feeling than another.
And then an old certainty returning to its place.
Bottom in fact.
Has become very clear.
You can see each stem for meters around.
Far away,
The bird calls out again.
And the calm closes over it.
Thicker than before.
Somewhere beneath all this.
Your unconscious is at work in its own way.
It takes what remains troubled.
Lets it sink down.
Wait.
And begins again.
All night long if needed.
The coolness around your legs has become just a temperature.
Resting on warmth that rises from within and stays.
The reeds fade one by one into the white.
And they will return tomorrow.
The mist rises one notch higher.
Because you are calm.
Then it drops again.
Because you let go a little more.
It does this all night long,
Attuned to you.
With a patience that never wears out.
There is nothing left for you to untangle tonight.
Nothing to check before tomorrow.
The water clears.
What is heavy settles.
What is yours returns.
The pond keeps you until morning.
You I feel deeply confident in my own judgment.
My clarity flows through me with ease and serenity.
I fully acknowledge the accuracy of what I felt.
Each night my body learns the feeling of being reliable.
I build a calm and solid relationship with my intuition.
