The illusion of everness,

The two-way arrow.

Many people start practicing mindfulness.

But why do they fade?

Because from every screen and every book they are told the same thing.

Observe yourself,

Listen to the birds singing,

Watch what you feel,

See and hear.

From the very beginning people are being misled,

Do you know why?

Because 99% of those who call themselves masters are not.

They have simply learned the theory real awareness is born through years of inner labor and it has nothing to do with birds singing.

Awareness is a two-way arrow.

One end is pointed inward at what you are conscious of within yourself,

The other is pointed outward.

But to reach this balance you must first master the first step.

For months you must learn to hold your attention like an arrow directly strictly in sight,

Your body focusing on only physical sensation.

Your mind will pull you away,

You will be distracted thousands of times.

The secret of simple do not blame yourself.

Simply return your attention again and again.

But default every person has constant verbal noise in their head.

Our prefrontal cortex is busy with the chatter day and night.

Only those thousands of hours of internal focus can we refresh the hardware of our brain.

When you hold your attention on the body long enough,

The prefrontal cortex stops generation noise and starts working like a scanner.

It scans all your bodies,

Psyche,

Mental and the real at the same time you are depriving your internal parasite,

The amygdala,

Of its fuel.

It feeds on your fear and anxiety.

When you take your attention away from mental dramas and direct it into the body,

The amygdala has nothing to eat.

Over time it physically shrinks,

Your fear dies because it no longer has fuel.

And then you really weight up.

And remember,

You think blood-borne is hard?

Try holding your awareness when the full weight of reality is crushing down on you.

That is where the real game begins.
