This guided meditation invites you to connect deeply with your heart, release what no longer serves you, settle into love, and consciously ripple that love outward into the world. We begin by gently clearing emotional residue - fear, tension, old narratives - allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart to open. So if you haven't already,

Now is that perfect time to close your eyes and let your awareness drift inside.

Gently begin deepening your breath,

Inviting each inhale and exhale to be slower and softer than the way you normally breathe,

Allowing your full awareness to follow each breath.

As you're breathing deeply,

You can even allow your exhale to be a little longer than the way you normally breathe,

Helping to empty out anything that is no longer serving you.

As you continue to breathe in this way,

Gently scan through your body,

From the tips of your toes to the top of your head,

Breathing deeply into all spaces in your body.

If you find areas that are holding a little extra tension,

Allow the breath to flow even deeper into these spaces,

And with each long exhale,

Invite whatever is there that's no longer needed to float away.

If the mind tries to distract you,

Simply observe whatever is there,

And then call your awareness back to the breath,

Call your presence back into your body,

Truly feeling whatever is present within you,

Allowing space for what's no longer needed,

What's no longer serving you,

To be released with the breath.

With the next breath,

Allow your awareness to settle in your heart.

Move deep within the heart,

Into the very central point within this sacred space.

Feel the precious beating of your heart,

How all of who you are sprang forth from within this center.

Your heart holds the earliest memory of you,

As you breathe deeply into this precious place.

Return to who you are.

Remember the truth of your heart,

Continuously returning to the breath as you return to the heart.

Remembering the truth of who you are,

As you continue to breathe in this way,

Begin calling into your heart the memory and the feeling of love.

With each breath into your heart,

Feel it expand with this vibration of love,

And with each breath out,

Invite the body to relax,

And this love to move through all the cells and particles that make up the beautiful being that is you.

With each continued breath into the heart,

Feel as your heart expands even more with love,

And with each breath out,

Allow this vibration,

This energy,

To begin rippling beyond the body,

Out into the personal field,

In your home or the physical location that holds you at this time.

Feel as this energy of love fills this space,

Helping to clear out anything that no longer serves,

Continuously expanding even more with each breath,

And rippling this vibration of love out even further,

Sharing this energy with the collective field,

Breathing deeply still,

And with each breath feeling the heart expand even more,

Rippling this energy of love even further out,

Witnessing as it moves all across the world,

And even begins extending out into the universe,

Feeling as the energy in the collective field shifts with this love,

Witnessing how far this energy moves.

With the next breath,

Allow your awareness to float back into that central point within your heart,

Remembering who you are.

For a moment,

Just feel how this central space connects you with all that is in the universe.

With the next three breaths,

Feel the love of your own heart for who you are in the life that you are living,

And then gently begin making your way back to the room or physical space that holds you,

Bringing gentle wiggles to the fingers or toes,

And letting the body move in any way it wishes to move.

And when that moment arrives,

Returning to a brand new moment in now time.
