Welcome,
Dear one,
To this guided meditation intended to help you settle in to your sacred heart,
Gifting you with the opportunity to release and let go of anything that's no longer serving your divine path at this time.
Making space for the new to enter in.
If you haven't already,
Now is the perfect time to find that comfortable space and gently close down your eyes,
Allowing your awareness to drift inside to your inner world,
Hold your inner space,
And gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each breath to be a little softer,
A little slower than the last.
As your breath deepens and slows,
Invite your body to relax,
And feel as the muscles in your body begin to release and let go.
Feel as any tension from the day releases,
And feel as the fullness of who you are settles in to this precious moment.
Notice when your mind comes in and tries to distract you with responsibilities or past memories,
Or even future worries.
Become aware of where your mind is going and how your mind is moving.
Thank your mind for showing you what is calling to be released.
Thank your mind for informing you of what is bubbling up to the surface to be let go.
As you breathe,
Bring this breath into your mind,
And as you breathe out,
Send these thoughts out the top of your head,
Back to their appointed place in the universe,
Allowing them to be transported with love,
And feel as the body continues to relax.
Feel as the mind continues to let go.
Settling in and settling down.
And with the next breath,
Gently drift your awareness into your sacred heart space.
Feeling as the breath begins to flow in and out of your precious heart,
And as you're present in your heart,
And your breath is deep and slow,
Begin to feel the love of your radiant heart.
And with each breath,
Softly let go of anything that is not this love.
Of anything that is not serving your divine path at this time.
Feel as your heart helps to empty out and make space.
Feel as your body,
Mind,
And field become lighter,
Clearer.
Feel the spaciousness in your field.
And notice when your mind gets carried away,
Or tries to fill up this space.
And simply become aware of where you are,
And call your attention back to your breath.
And call your awareness back to your heart.
And continue to allow your body to relax.
And continue to invite your mind to slow.
And continue to feel as what's no longer needed,
What's no longer necessary,
Empties out and makes space for the new.
Breathing deep,
Breathing slow.
Emptying out,
Releasing and letting go.
Fully present.
Fully here.
Connected with your breath.
Connected with your heart.
Notice where your mind and body are still holding on.
Notice any resistance in releasing what is no longer serving you.
And as you breathe deeply into your heart,
Send this breath into these places.
And allow this breath to soften and release.
Notice anything that you're still holding on to,
But is no longer serving you.
Allow yourself to let go.
Allow yourself to make space.
Feel the truth of who you are.
Feel the you that is asking to be born.
And trust that it's safe to let go.
And know that it's all okay.
That everything that's happened up to this moment has served its purpose.
Even holding on has its own purpose and meaning.
And yet there comes a time where we must let go so we can fully embrace the person,
The brilliant light being that we were born to be.
Trust in your path.
Trust in who you truly are.
Allow yourself to let go of the past.
Allow yourself to release any fear.
And fully be present in the here and now.
And with the next breath in,
Feel as your breath flows through your heart.
Reconnecting with your sacred heart.
Connecting with your sacred heart.
Maybe even feeling the gentle beating of your precious heart.
Connecting with your sacred heart.
And as the breath flows through this precious place,
Allow yourself to truly feel the love of your heart.
And with each breath,
Feel as this love moves through your body,
Mind,
And field.
Uplifting you with love.
Nourishing you with love.
Healing you with love.
Feel as the fullness of who you are is renewed and restored.
Present with this love.
Present with your breath.
Present with your heart.
Feel the love of your heart.
As it replenishes you.
And feel as all the cells and particles in your being are fully nourished,
Fully healed,
Fully uplifted,
And renewed with the love of your sacred heart.
Held in love.
Restored by love.
And with the next breath,
Gently begin drawing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.
Bringing gentle movements to the fingers and toes.
And allowing the body to move in whatever way it wishes to move.
And then when you find yourself ready,
And when you feel called,
Gently open your eyes and return to this precious,
Present time.
