You so at this time if you haven't already now is a wonderful time to close your eyes bring your attention inside taking a moment to feel your feet and whatever surface they rest upon and to feel your body in its seat being present in this moment and then gently begin deepening your breath inviting each breath to be just a little slower than what you're used to just a little softer than the way in which you normally breathe feeling your body fill up with oxygen on each inhale and then releasing letting go and letting your body relax on each exhale letting your mind slow down as you breathe letting your body become even more present as you breathe and simply surrendering to this moment as you breathe Then gently drifting your attention to your sacred heart space in the center of your chest.
And inviting each deep breath to enter into your heart.
Expanding your heart on the inhale.
Returning you to the divine love that's emanating through you.
And then relaxing,
Releasing,
And letting go on each long exhale.
Feeling the sensation of calm and ease wash over your body as you breathe into your sacred heart.
Connecting and attuning to the divine love that's flowing so freely through you now.
Letting your body,
Mind,
And spirit be nourished in this moment.
Now,
As you continue to breathe into your sacred heart,
As you continue to surrender to the divine love that's showering over you now,
I invite you to bring up the energy and emotion of gratitude,
Of appreciation,
Of thanks.
Take a moment to hold in your heart,
A moment in time,
A person,
A place,
A creature,
Anything that you are grateful for.
Truly surrendering to this feeling of gratitude.
Fully allowing yourself to connect in with what it means to you to be thankful for this moment,
Person,
Place,
Or time.
And with each breath,
Let your heart fill up with this energy of gratitude.
Let your heart expand with the divine grace of thanks and appreciation.
As you exhale out,
Send this energy of gratitude throughout all the cells and particles in your beautiful body and being.
Solving this energy through your body,
Allowing it to uplift you,
Nourish you,
And provide healing for you.
And if you find your mind trying to distract you or call you in a different direction,
Just gently observe whatever is there without judgment,
And then call your awareness back to that deep breath.
Call your focus back to your sacred heart.
Call your attention back to experiencing the energy of gratitude,
Of grace,
Letting yourself feel this energy throughout your entire body and being.
Sending thanks and appreciation for the people,
Places,
Divine creatures,
And experiences in your life that you're grateful for.
Trusting that it is safe to be here.
Sensing that it is safe to experience this gratitude.
You are worthy of experiencing the grace and healing that comes with this divine gratitude.
And with each breath,
In each moment,
Surrendering just a little more to this energy of gratitude.
And with each breath,

Continuously calling your awareness back to your breath,
Back to your heart,

Letting it move through your body,

And then taking a moment to extend this gratitude out from your heart into the world around you.
Sharing this energy of thanks,
Of appreciation with the hearts of all those across the world that are calling for a little more peace,
That are wishing to be nourished,
Helping to uplift their spirits with the grace of gratitude.
Witnessing as this energy of gratitude,
Of divine love moves from your heart into the field around you,
Uplifting the energy,

Appreciation,

Bodies are nourished,
