Now is a wonderful time to let your body become comfortable in whatever way makes the most sense to you at this hour of your day.
And then gently drawing your eyes to a close and letting your attention settle in your inner world.
Letting your focus shift from the outer circumstances to the inner space.
And gently letting your breath deepen and soften.
Inviting each inhale to be just a little deeper than the last.
And maybe even allowing your exhales to extend out just a little longer than the inhales.
Helping to slow the mind down and relax your body into this moment right here,
Right now.
And Yah see,
Just Gently releasing and letting go of anything that came before this moment in time.
Releasing and letting go any hold in the mind about what is to come in the future time.
And letting your attention continuously return to your breath.
Letting your body continuously relax into this space in this time.
And noticing if you're holding any tension in your body.
And intentionally bringing your breath into these spaces.
Inviting the body to relax just a little more.
Letting your shoulders relax and melt down your back.
Letting any tension in the face dissolve and feeling as your face relaxes.
And just bringing the breath into any other space in your body where you're feeling resistance,
Comfort or tension to this moment right now.
Letting your attention continuously return to your breath.

Still letting your breath be deep.
Still allowing your breath to be slow.
Still letting your body relax and let go of any tension you're holding in the body,

You can just gently observe the breath as it flows in and out of your sacred heart.
With each breath feeling your heart expand with the energy of divine and unconditional love.
As you exhale,
Letting any resistance to this love dissolve,
Letting any tension in the hip together,
All in design between you and the presence of your mind in the current and present space of yours and your experiences on this great journey,
Feeling the precious beating of your Sacred Heart as you breathe.
Feeling the expansion of your heart as you breathe.
Letting your body relax and release as you breathe in this divine love that is surrounding you now.
And if you notice that your mind is a little busy at this time and trying to distract you away from your heart,
Just gently observe whatever is there,
Witnessing whatever thoughts or perceptions are present.
And without judgment,
Just letting them flow on through as if they were clouds passing above you.
And then intentionally call your focus back to your breath.
Call your focus back to your Sacred Heart.
And back to this space of expansion,
Of tuning to the divine energy of love that's pulsing through you.

Deeply and softly into your sacred heart You can stay here feeling this divine love move through you and wash over you You can begin pulsing this love from your heart out into the field just as a ripple,
A wave of unconditional love extending from your heart And being shared with all the hearts across the world,
Near and far that are calling for more love,
That are needing more love Sending this love to their hearts,
Sending this energy of safety and protection to their hearts and fields Letting your awareness drift into this moment in time Letting your awareness drift into this moment in time Letting your awareness drift into this moment in time And if you notice that your mind gets distracted by the troubles of the world,
Just gently call your awareness back to your breath Call your awareness back to this beautiful and sacred dance of receiving the divine love and then pulsing it out into the field around you Sharing this energy of peace,
Oneness and unconditional love with all the hearts near and far that are calling for more love That are asking for more ease,
That are needing protection and safety And letting this energy flow from your heart to the collective as you breathe Helping to dissolve all resistance to love as you breathe Helping to dissolve all fear as you breathe Uplifting the vibration of the collective to one where there is more peace,
