Sacred love stories is part of my mini meditation series for those that are short on time but needing some gentle guidance. Use this meditation when you feel disconnected, uncentered or out of balance. It will support you in bringing yourself back into alignment, balance and peace.

Hello and welcome.

This guided meditation reflects the sacred love stories of the human body,

Providing a journey of connection,

Nurture and discovery.

Find a quiet comfortable place where you can sit or lie down and won't be interrupted for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

This time is for you.

Throughout this process,

I will be asking for your consent to enter your energy field.

Everything is with your permission.

If you do not consent,

That's okay.

The energy will simply move around you.

You are at choice and in complete control.

Let's begin.

You are invited to gently close down your eyes and take a deep,

Nourishing breath in through your nose,

Feeling the cool air travel down your throat,

Expanding your lungs until they are filled entirely.

Hold the breath gently at the top,

Noticing the stillness,

The pause that invites calmness,

And then release it slowly,

Steadily,

And a soothing exhale that washes away tension,

Unravelling the tightness from your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your chest.

Feel the release as if a gentle wave is rolling through you,

Cleansing and softening.

Once more,

Breathing deeply,

Letting the air fill your belly,

Allowing it to rise and expand,

Then feeling your chest widen as the breath reaches its fullness.

Hold this breath,

Cradling it within you like a delicate gift,

And now breathe out fully,

Feeling the release ripple down your body,

Cascading like a waterfall,

Washing away anything that feels heavy or stagnant.

With each exhale,

You create more space within yourself,

More ease,

More openness.

So I'm asking for consent to enter your field to guide you on this journey.

If you're ready to receive,

Simply nod your head or say yes out loud.

Allow yourself to welcome this connection,

Trusting in the safety of this sacred space.

Feel your body gently sinking into the surface beneath you.

The earth cradles you with unconditional support.

Feel its embrace grounding you,

Anchoring you in the present moment.

Allow your body to relax completely from the crown of your head down to the very tips of your toes.

Release the tension from your scalp,

Letting it melt away.

Soften your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw.

Let your shoulders drop away from your ears,

Releasing the weight they may be carrying.

Allow your arms to feel heavy and at ease,

Your hands resting freely.

Feel your chest soften,

Your belly relax,

Your hips gently releasing.

Let this softening continue down your legs,

Through your knees,

Your calves,

And all the way to your feet.

Feel the earth's grounding energy holding you,

Steadying you,

Offering you rest.

Now as your body softens and opens,

Bring your attention to your heart.

Feel the gentle rhythmic beating within your chest.

Your heart,

A tireless lover,

Devoted and steadfast.

It holds the story of unconditional love,

Of resilience,

Of courage.

Feel the warmth radiating from your heart center,

Pulsing outward to fill your entire being.

Good.

That's it.

Breathe that in and really connect.

Now let's shift our awareness to your lungs,

Your faithful companions.

In the dance of breath,

They embrace each inhale with grace and release each exhale with ease.

Feel their expansion and contraction,

A gentle rhythm that mirrors the ocean's tides.

The lungs are the lovers of life,

Offering you the gift of vitality with every single breath.

And as you breathe,

I want you to feel that connection.

Now let's move your awareness to your belly,

Your digestive system,

A place of transformation and nourishment.

Feel the warmth and energy within.

This is where the world outside becomes a part of you,

Where sustenance is transformed into strength.

Your digestive system offers the story of acceptance,

Of integration and of power.

As you breathe,

I want you just to bring your thoughts there.

And you can even place your hands on your belly,

Just so you can center that in.

Let your attention drift down to your legs and feet,

The pillars of your being.

They carry you through life's journey step by step,

Always supporting,

Always grounding.

They speak of movement,

Of freedom,

Of exploration.

Feel the strength and stability they offer you.

Good.

Giving them gratitude.

That's it.

Now that your body is fully calibrated and connected,

Let's begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the gentle rhythmic flow of air moving in and out of your lungs.

Each inhale bringing fresh energy,

Each exhale releasing anything that no longer serves you.

Good.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest,

The coolness of air as it enters,

The warmth as it leaves.

Let this awareness anchor you gently back into your body.

Focus on that breath.

In and out,

Releasing anything that no longer serves you.

Feeling your body resting gently on the surface beneath you,

Cradle by the earth's steady presence.

Sense the weight of your body,

Where it meets the ground,

And the safety of being held.

Good.

Now slowly begin to invite some movement back into your fingers and your toes,

Perhaps wiggling them softly,

Letting the sensation of aliveness return.

Allow yourself to stretch.

If it feels good,

Maybe extending your arms above your head,

Rolling your shoulders,

Circling your ankles.

Feel the flow of energy returning,

Gentle.

That's it.

Revitalizing.

And when you're ready,

With no rush at all,

Gently open your eyes and bring yourself fully back to this present moment.

Take a moment to notice your surroundings.

That's it.

The sounds,

The colors,

Feeling the space around you.

Good.

Carry this newfound clarity and confidence and deep sense of ease with you.

Know that you're guided,

You are powerful,

You are free,

And you are held by the love that is within you and all around you.
