Good morning.
We'll begin to greet this morning by placing our hands gently on our heart,
Taking a deep inhale and easy exhale,
Welcoming in the day.
Take a moment to get comfortable,
Settling in and arriving here as you breathe in the possibilities of this brand new day.
Morning is such an extremely powerful time to set intentions and step into the life of your future self.
It's a time where your brain has not yet hopped on the hamster wheel of the day,
And is an expanse before you of unlimited potential and possibility.
So we're going to use this time together today to make the most of this space,
Expand and step into our dreams to make them a reality.
The concept we'll use today is realization imagining,
Where we tap into our imagination and step into a space where it feels natural,
Normal,
And familiar to be experiencing the things that you want.
By creating these realizations first in your imagination,
You take the first step to walking down the path of bringing your dreams,
Your wishes,
Your future self desires into your reality.
First,
I'm going to guide you into a relaxed state where you'll be able to truly immerse yourself in your imagination,
And then we'll begin to envision a scene that represents a time in your future where you have exactly what it is you're wishing for,
Embodying it,
Feeling it,
Existing within it until it feels completely normal and like your true reality.
Beginning now by either lying down or sitting in a comfortable position,
Taking some easy breaths,
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth,
Releasing any tension on your exhale.
As you breathe,
Release any thoughts,
Any tension,
And begin to feel yourself float into a more and more relaxed state.
Notice your thoughts slowing down,
The world around you getting quieter as you move deeper into this beautiful space of relaxation and calm.
Give yourself permission to totally relax and know that in this place your imagination can begin to create your reality.
In this place,
Begin to focus on one thing that you want,
One thing that you really want to bring into your reality right now.
Bring that one thing into the forefront of your mind,
Thinking about why you want it,
And what it would mean for you to have this one thing come into your life.
And now we're going to begin to breathe life into it,
Letting your imagination bloom with your wish.
Create a scene in your imagination now,
Maybe 20 to 30 seconds long,
That represents a moment in your future that one day you will experience,
A scene that shows your wish fulfilled.
You know with all certainty that this wish will happen in your future,
And when it does,
You will look back and smile,
Knowing you created this reality first,
Right here,
Right now.
Let this scene play out now,
Knowing that your wish is already yours,
Has already happened,
And now you're living your life in this future scene that shows what your life looks like with this wish fulfilled,
As if it's a normal,
Natural,
Familiar part of your life now.
Make this scene uncomplicated,
A short scene you can really bring to life in your mind now.
Where are you?
What are you doing?
And are there any people around you?
Once you've brought these pieces to mind,
Begin to get clearer on all the details of this scene.
How do you feel?
What does the space look like around you?
Are there any smells or sounds or textures in this scene that you can lean into?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
Can you feel anything,
An object or surface beneath your fingers?
Let yourself marinate in all your senses of this scene right now,
Truly bringing every aspect to life,
Letting the picture become clearer and allowing your wish now to manifest all around you and within you.
This thing you deeply wish for,
Simply a normal,
Everyday part of your reality now.
How does it feel that this is your new normal?
How does it feel to have this wish fulfilled?
And most importantly,
How do you feel about yourself in this moment,
Having everything you've worked for be your reality?
Feel deeply now into how it feels to be you in this moment,
This incredible moment that is yours now.
You are so grateful for this beautiful life,
So grateful for this new reality,
This thing that you wish for,
Simply an everyday part of your existence now.
You are now thinking and feeling from this place,
And you can continue to repeat this scene as many times as you want,
Thinking and existing from it,
Examining the thoughts in your head,
The feelings in your heart from this amazing moment in your life.
When you're ready,
Continue to repeat this scene,
Amplifying any thoughts and feelings as you lean into them,
Filling your body with the tingling,
Bright,
Magical sensations of this new reality.
Imprinting in every single cell,
Feeling more natural,
More familiar,
At home in your body and your mind.
Each time the scene feels more and more real life,
Your day-to-day reality.
As we get ready to close,
Know that you can come back to this meditation as many times as you want,
And that the more you imagine this reality,
The greater the speed of your conscious mind creating it.
Place your hands on your heart,
Taking in a deep inhale and easy exhale,
Recognizing that you are the person that lives this life now.
And as you gently open your eyes,
You might be surprised to notice that the world around you is different than what was just playing in your head.
This is a good thing.
It means you were so deeply immersed that that became real to your subconscious mind.
Placing your hands together at your heart center,
One more deep inhale and strong exhale,
Bowing your head and thanking yourself for taking this time today.
May what you imagine today become your reality,
And may you become the best and highest version of your future self.
