We don't always need a long time to give ourselves the gift of a mindful reset.
So today we will show just how powerful a few minutes can be to bring mindfulness back into our days.
Starting by gently closing the eyes,
Feeling into your body.
Beginning by tracing your breath,
Noticing where your inhale begins and ends,
Where your exhale begins and ends,
Not changing,
But simply noticing.
And play around now with deepening that breath,
Tracing your inhale further into the body,
Expanding it out,
Out,
Out,
And tracing your exhale,
Feeling yourself let it all go,
Deepening like this for a few moments.
And with that deeper breath,
Begin to tap on any area that feels like it needs a little more love.
I'm going to tap on my heart using two fingers as I share these affirmations.
With each tap of your finger,
Feel the affirmations move into the space you're tapping,
Absorbing there and infusing it with the affirmation.
I have the power to change my day at any time,
To reset and choose again.
I am calm,
I am easeful,
I am peaceful.
With each tap,
I am waking up my body to my truest self and recharging to my highest vibration.
When you're ready,
You can stop tapping,
Gently resting your hands on your heart.
Deep breath in,
Sealing this work,
And exhale,
Opening your eyes and returning to your day.
