When to listen: Bedtime, if you wake in the night, or anytime your mind feels too busy to rest. This is a 1-hour Sleep Talk-Down to help quiet the inner voice that replays conversations, overthinks, or keeps you “on alert” when you want to sleep. I’ll guide you through a slow body scan and soft, steady sleep language so your body can unwind and your thoughts can loosen their grip, nothing to solve, nothing to do. Just gentle permission to soften. Helpful for: insomnia, sleep anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and a racing mind. If your mind wanders, that’s completely natural. You can return to my voice, the feeling of the bed supporting you, or the simple rhythm of your breathing. Each time you come back, you’re practising safety and rest. Soundscape: Music of Wisdom, 0.5 Hz delta binaural beats with green noise. Delta frequencies are linked with deep, restorative sleep and may support the nervous system in settling. Headphones can enhance the binaural effect, but they’re optional.
