We'll begin scanning through the body and then you'll be invited to connect and receive gentle affirmations,
Reminders that you are worthy and you are enough just as you are.
If you've been feeling worn down by self-doubt,
You're in the right place.
There's nothing to prove here.
You are already worthy of care,
Of kindness,
Awareness to your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of the breath.
Breath moving in.
Breath moving out.
Allow the breath to be soft.
Like a whisper.
Each breath supporting you.
Each breath reminding you,
You are enough.
Deepening the breath now.
With each inhale,
Allow your belly to expand wide.
With each exhale,
Allow your belly to fold.
Let your breath wrap around you like kindness.
Let everything else begin to soften.
If thoughts come,
Let them float by like clouds in a summer sky.
You don't need to follow them.
Just return to your breath.
The inhale.
And the exhale.
Allowing your whole body to breathe.
And your whole being to rest.
Bring in the awareness at the very top of your head.
To the left side of the head.
And the right side.
To the forehead.
And softening the space between your eyebrows.
To your left eye.
And the right eye.
To the left cheek.
The right cheek.
The jaw.
The tongue.
Left side of the mouth.
Right side of the mouth.
To the back of the head.
Feeling its weight.
Gently supported.
Held by gravity.
Breath in.
Breath out.
The center of the throat.
And the back of the neck.
Softening.
Releasing.
Left shoulder.
Right shoulder.
Allow them to melt down.
Breath in.
Breath out.
Left upper arm.
Right forearm.
Left hand.
Both arms heavy.
Soft.
Still.
To the left side of the chest.
And the right side.
Upper back.
Middle back.
Each breath.
Soothing.
And softening.
The abdomen.
And feel the belly rising.
And falling.
The lower back.
Softening.
Relaxing.
Supported.
Held.
Left hip.
Right hip.
Body sinking.
Left thigh.
Right thigh.
Left knee.
Right knee.
Right lower leg.
Left ankle.
Left foot.
All of the body.
From head.
Now I'll share some gentle affirmations.
You can repeat them in your mind.
Or just allow them in.
Let them nourish.
The parts of you that need to hear these words.
I am enough.
Just as I am.
I am worthy of love.
And kindness.
I am learning.
To treat myself.
With compassion.
I deserve peace.
I am alive.
Take up space.
I am learning.
To trust.
My own voice.
I am worthy.
And whole.
Allow these words.
To settle in.
To your body.
Let them fill.
