Welcome to this Boundary Strengthening Meditation.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine that each inhale is filling you with a sense of calm and strength.
And every exhale you are releasing any doubts,
Any fears that you may have about setting and maintaining boundaries.
As you breathe in silently say,
I am calm,
I am strong.
And as you breathe out,
Letting go.
I am calm,
I am strong with each and every breath in.
And every breath out,
Letting go.
In calmness and strength and out,
Letting go.
Imagine now a warm golden light surrounding you.
This light represents your personal boundary.
It is strong,
Yet flexible.
It protects you while allowing positive energy to flow in and out.
Visualize this boundary expanding gently around you,
Creating a safe space where you can breathe,
Where you can be yourself without intrusion.
Within this space,
You are in control.
You are in control.
You decide who and what is alive to enter.
Imagine anyone or anything that does not respect your boundaries,
Bouncing off this golden light.
And dissolving into the air.
And as you imagine this,
You feel a sense of empowerment and peace,
Knowing this space is yours.
Allow the following affirmations to sink deeply into your consciousness.
