Welcome to this anxiety relief for difficult conversations.
Invite your body to find a comfortable position.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in positivity.
Breathing out tightness.
In calmness and out tension.
Deepening the inhale and the exhale now.
Awareness to the thoughts of the mind about the upcoming conversation.
Just allow them to be here for a moment.
Acknowledge them.
Bring the awareness to your heart center at the center of the chest,
Perhaps placing your hand at your heart center.
Notice if there's any tightness or restriction here.
Observe them without judgment.
Breath in and out.
Mentally say,
May I be well.
May I be calm.
May I be well.
May I be calm.
Each breath out.
Releasing and letting go.
Trusting in your ability to navigate this conversation constructively.
Communicating your thoughts and feelings clearly and assertively.
Approaching the conversation with compassion,
Empathy and a commitment to finding mutual understanding.
Knowing your breath is always there to support you.
Allow your breath now to return to its usual pace.
Whenever you feel anxious about a challenging conversation or need a moment of nourishment,
