Let's ground together.

Look around your space.

Name three things that you can see.

It's fine to do this in your head,

But try saying it out loud if you can.

Next,

Tune into the sense of hearing.

Name three sounds that you hear in your environment right now.

Even if you have to make them yourself.

Reach out around your space and find three different textures.

Describe them.

Look around your space again.

Can you name two more things that you see that you didn't see before?

How about hearing?

Can you find two more sounds that you can hear right now,

Even if you have to make them yourself?

And reach out and find two more textures that you can feel and describe.

Come back to sense of sight.

Name one more thing that you can see,

Even if you noticed it already.

Find sense of hearing.

Find one more sound.

Now find one more texture.

Describe it.

Now say to yourself,

Either out loud or in your head,

I am here.

And yes,

You are here.

Say it again.

I am here.

We see you.

One last time.

I am here.

You are here.

Stay present.

Stay safe.

I wish you well.

Namaste.
