This is not a letter we send, it’s a letter we release. This guided meditation walks you through writing to your ex, honoring the truth, and letting go without suppressing the parts of you that still feel. After the writing, we journal for 7 minutes, free-flow and unfiltered, then rip it up and move. The dance at the end allows the body to finish what the mind couldn’t. Created for Valentine’s Day, but supportive for any day you’re ready to let go. What You’ll Need: • pen + paper • space to move • 7 minutes for journaling • optional tissues
