Hello and welcome.
Today is about coming home to the version of you who already knows you're enough.
Not someday,
Not when things are perfect,
But now.
Let's use the breath to clear space and the pen to remember your power.
I invite you to sit in a way that feels strong and steady.
Feet grounded,
Shoulders relaxed,
Chin slightly lifted.
Now breathe in through your nose for four seconds.
Hold for four.
Exhale through your mouth for six.
Repeat.
Each inhale,
Draw in confidence.
And each exhale,
Let go of doubt.
We'll do one more round of inhaling,
Drawing in confidence,
And exhaling,
Letting go of doubt.
Visualize a golden light moving through your body as you breathe.
It starts at your chest,
Expand to your shoulders,
Your throat,
Your spine.
This is your confidence.
Not something you have to earn,
But something you return to.
When you feel ready,
Open your journal.
These prompts are here to spark your truth.
Not perfection.
So I will read the prompt and give you a few moments to answer.
And then we will move on to the second prompt.
If by chance is not enough time,
Please feel free to pause and then return to the second prompt.
Also,
If there's a prompt that maybe you don't feel ready to answer,
Or you just don't want to,
That is perfectly fine.
And please just skip that prompt,
Or come back to it at a later time.
What does confidence feel like in my body?
Take a moment to describe the posture,
The breath,
And the energy.
Where in my life have I been bold,
Even if no one else noticed?
Let's take some time to honor those moments.
What are three things I love or respect about myself,
Without an apology?
Yes,
This might feel hard,
But I invite you to write it anyway.
If my confidence had a voice,
What would it say to me today?
Let it speak.
Our last prompt is optional.
And if you choose to do it,
I invite you to draw a symbol,
Word,
Or image that represents your confident self.
This is not about skill,
It's about soul.
To close,
I invite you to place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Breathe in the phrase,
I am rooted,
I am ready.
Exhale with,
I trust myself.
Let this session be a reminder,
Confidence isn't always about being certain.
It's about choosing to show up anyway,
And you just did.
Have a beautiful day.
