Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life and the intelligence of life. And holding that breath at the top, Becoming aware as you hold the breath. And exhale, Letting go. If your mind has been wanting to think, Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think. Just like how in the ocean the waves are always moving, It's no problem. It's relaxing even to watch them rise and fall. Taking a deep breath in, And a deep breath out. Lift the forehead and the eyes, Relaxing the hands and feet. Relaxing the whole body. I want you to visualize a warm loving energy spreading through the body and mind. Melting away fears, Anger, Frustrations, Despair. All of it dissolving in this warm, Loving, Trusting awareness. Aware of how you feel, Aware of your awareness as you breathe in. The color for today is brown. The number is 1111. And that is a fox. I thank you for joining me across time and space. Even if we can't always see how or why, That's where trust comes in. If you can see how and why, Then it's not really trust, It's not really faith. It's just some certainty that you have about it. And life is so uncertain that to be certain about it is bound to lead to its own troubles. So just allowing uncertainty, Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life, In the intelligence of life.
