Back with another music meditation,
Just feeling a lack of meaning,
Fulfillment,
Motivation,
Or perhaps even feeling joyful,
Reminding you that you're not alone,
And that millions can relate to the same anxieties,
The same frustrations,
The same hopes,
The same desires,
Reminding you that we all cry and laugh.
That being said,
We're going to take some deep breaths,
Come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
It's really not easy to trust,
But nevertheless,
We try.
So getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of your posture,
Aware of how you're set.
You can gently close the eyes.
Extending the spine,
Feeling your spine alive,
Dropping the shoulders,
Letting go of the future as you breathe in this moment,
And exhaling with awareness.
Breathing in inner beauty,
And exhale,
Letting go of inner criticism.
Breathing in trust,
And exhale,
Letting go of worries.
And exhale,
Letting go of confusion.
Breathing in,
Letting go of overthinking,
Overanalyzing,
Coming back into your body.
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Pushing the belly out.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing your face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Taking a deep breath in,
And exhale,
Let go.
Breathing into the nose,
And exhaling out the mouth.
Breathing into the mouth,
And exhaling out the mouth.
Holding the breath at the top.
Relaxing the face,
The eyes,
The forehead,
The jaw.
Relaxing the mind as you look in.
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
And letting go of thoughts coming back into your body.
Aware of your posture,
Aware of how you're set,
Aware of how you feel.
Welcoming whatsoever inside.
Bringing that space to what's inside you,
Seeing how it comes and goes.
Watching the passing of the anxiety,
Watching the passing of the anger,
Of the despair,
Of the insecurities.
Watch as they arise and as they disappear.
Very medicinal part of meditation is how we can watch our inner experience and over time see how things become super strong inside.
And then slowly they lose strength until they disappear.
Meanwhile we're still there,
We're still aware.
So we become so identified with this inner movement.
And as such we can be more free.
Taking a deep breath in.
The color for today is purplish red.
The number is 507.
And the animal is a golfer.
I believe that's an animal.
