Come back to our awareness,
Sense of balance,
Calm.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Overwhelmed,
Depressed,

Perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between.
Know that you're not alone.
There's so many people around the world who can relate to the same types of struggle,
Worries,
Hopes.
We're gonna take some deep breaths.
Bringing some more awareness to our whole body,
To our minds.
So that being said,
Getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down,
Sit up,
Close the eyes,
Or leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Softening the chest,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Relaxing the back,
Neck.
The legs,
The arms.
Take it in a deep breath.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Inhaling new life,
New energy.
Exhale,
All back,
All the energy.
Letting go of the past as you breathe in this moment.
Index and angle of feature.
Breathing in our lives.
In,
Exit.
Breathing in awareness.
In,
Exit.
Breathing in love.
And exhale.
Breathing in forgiveness and exhale.
Breathing in compassion and exhale.
Pretty neat.
Freely now.
Relax in the belly.
Relaxing the breath.
You coming aware of your awareness as you look in.
You Taking a deep breath in.
And hold.
And exhale,
Letting go.
We can stick with it,
My friend.
Breathing into the whole body.
And it's relaxing the whole body softly.
Expanding.
Feeling yourself more grounded,
More spacious,
More expansive,
Less limitless.
Breathing energy out the spine all the way to the top of the head.
And exhale.
Fluid and centred as you breathe in.
It is now.
Deep breath out.
Be strong.
Become aware of how you feel.
Becoming aware of your aliveness.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Remembering the impermanence of life,
That we can't really be thankful for it,
Even though it's not perfect.
We can recognize that.
It's worth cherishing nonetheless.

I want you just to allow the mind total freedom to think.

Taking one last deep breath for now.

Becoming aware of your space,
Aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your awareness,
