I'm you Welcome my friend.
You're tuned in to On Haiku.
I'm your host Maamun.
We're back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Let go of stress,
Come back to our center.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're set,
You can lie down and sit up,
Close the eyes and leave them open.
Noticing how you feel in this moment.
Noticing where in the body feels tense,
Restless.
Witnessing and welcoming anxiety.
Frustration,
Loneliness,
Boredom,
Whatsoever's inside,
Witnessing and welcoming it.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
The eggs,
Old life,
Old energy.
Breathing into the belly.
To exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Keeping that deep breath in.
And be right out.
Breathing in trust.
And exhale.
Letting go.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhale,
Let it go.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale,
Let it go.
Breathing in with awareness.
Sit down,
Let it go.
Taking a deep breath in.
Be right out.
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Allowing the shoulders to fall away from the ears.
Dropping down from the head into the heart space.
Feeling your heartbeat.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
As you take a deep breath in.
And hold.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
Very gently,
Very softly,
Exhale,
Let it go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to roam and to think.
Letting go of thoughts.
Back into the body as you take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing into the whole body.
Exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Letting go of tension in the face.
Softening the chest,
Softening the hands and feet.
Breathing up your spine all the way to the top of the head.
And exhaling down into the lower body.
Feeling your lower body rooted,
Grounded like a tree.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Going back to trust and the unfolding of life.
Letting go of the fears,
Letting go of self-doubt,
Letting go of the inner criticism,
Letting go of the inner judgment,
The anger.
The fear of what's going to happen and not happen.
Let go of all of that As you breathe in,
Trust.
Exhale,
Deepening trust in the body,
Deepening trust in the body.
Breathing in love.
And exhale,
Deepening love in the mind,
Deepening love in the body,
Deepening the energy of love in the heart space.
Feeling the chest soften.
And the heart space open with more love for yourself,
For the people in your life.
Through the unfolding of circumstance.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your space,
Aware of how you feel after taking some deep breaths.
Aware of your presence,
Your aliveness.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
So remember to cherish today whatsoever it brings.
The color for today is orange,
The number.
Is a hundred.
And the animal.
It's a lie.
It's been fantastic.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Meditativeness,
As you move through your day,
Keeping the breath close by as a tool that you can notice when we're getting tense,
When we're getting anxious,
The breath has a totally different movement than when we can come back to trust.
When we can open,
When we can receive what life is.
Doing instead of resisting it instead of trying to always fix it or have a problem with it and noticing when the mind is just picking something to be upset with that's not really worth even being upset over.
You can take some deep breaths,
And I'm really speaking to myself here,
Just breathing through the discomforts,
Breathing through the agitations,
Breathing through the self-doubt,
All of the unpleasant thoughts and emotions and moods that we can navigate in the day,
Just breathing through it.
Remembering to exhale.
And letting go,
Coming back into the present moment with trust.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
