Back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

If you've been going through stuff,

Having a hard day,

Feeling stressed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Lonely,

Tired,

Restless,

Insecure,

Unmotivated,

Confused,

Perhaps even joyous,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Or somewhere in between,

A mix of emotions,

A mix of feelings.

Perhaps you don't feel much of anything at all.

I'm here to say that you're not on an island,

But deeply interconnected to the human experience.

That millions,

If not billions of people can relate to the same worry,

The same fears,

The same anger.

We're going to take some deep breaths today and see if we can go beyond our thoughts and emotions,

Even for just a single moment.

Come back to trust in the unfolding of life.

That being said,

My friend,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of your body,

Your posture,

How you're sat.

You can lie down if you like or sit up straight.

You're safe to close the eyes if you like,

Becoming more aware of your inner space,

Noticing how your energy feels in this moment.

Tips the forehead,

Opening the chest.

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free.

Ready to stay with you,

My friend.

So happy you would join me today.

Grateful for your presence.

And exhale,

Becoming aware of your presence.

Relaxing the belly,

Relaxing the face,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the palms of your hands,

Feeling your feet underneath you as you take a deep breath in and a deep exhale.

The color for today is red.

The number is 1555.

And the animal is an antelope.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness.

May we enjoy this space,

This current stage that we're in,

Experience an inner space from all the noise in our head,

From all the noise that we feel emotionally,

The fear,

The worries,

To feel some space between us and that which is just coming and going anyway.

It's not like you can be anxious forever.

At some point,

It subsides and then it rises and then it subsides.

So just being able to observe that with a bit of spaciousness,

That's what I pray for.

That's why I pray for you,

My friend,

That witnessing ability to see some space between us and actually what's just coming and going,

Like the weather,

Embracing all the different climates,

The rain,

The sunshine,

The snow.

All of it has its beauty.

And with that,
