Welcome my friends.
You tuned in to Ong Haiku.
I'm your host,
Maamu,
Back with another music meditation.
Just to soothe,
Relax,
Let go of stress,
Let go of anxiety,
Anger,
Boredom,
Restlessness.
Combative trance and the unfolding of life.
Come back to love for ourselves,
Love for each other.
The unfolding of circumstance.
The unfolding of challenges that we face.
Coming back to our inner strength,
Our inner resilience.
Our inner compassion.
That being said,
My friend getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Noticing how you feel in this moment.
The movement of thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations,
All is welcome,
Like old friends.
Allowing the shoulders to fall away from the ears.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Taking a deep breath in.
In a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale all the life,
All the energy.
Letting go of the past,
Letting go of the future as you breathe in this moment.
And exhale.
And breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in chess.
And exhale.
Breathing in love.
And access.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale.
Bidding and kindness.
And exhale.
Breathing and intuition.
And exhale.
Breathing in awareness.
And exhale.
Softening the face.
Softening the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Taking a deep breath in.
In the deep breath out.
Breathing into the heart.
And exhale,
Opening the heart.
Letting go of the inner critic,
The inner negativity.
As you open the heart towards more love.
More harmony.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Becoming aware of how you're sat as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
And breathe in.
Yeah,
Breathe out.
Letting go of all the air in your lungs,
Just be empty of breath.
And taking a deep inhale through the nose.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold that breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
Allowing your breath to be natural,
Allowing your mind to be free.
If you've been wanting to think,
Now is the time to think.
And letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body.
So you take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale relaxing the whole body,
Head to toe.
Relaxing the face,
The chest,
The stomach,
The hands and the feet.
Coming back into trust and the unboding of life.
So you take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Breathing in this moment.
And exhale with awareness.
Breathing into the heart.
And exhale,
Opening the heart.
Back into self-love.
Love for life,
Love for people,
Love for the challenges we face.
That bring their own teachings,
Their own blessings.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Breathing path.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
To put in a way of how you're set.
Aware of your awareness as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale.
Breathing in.
Breathing power.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face.
Relaxing the palms of your hands and feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you with your feet.
We live to see another day.
It won't be that way forever.
Remembering impermanence so that we don't need to stress things that are not worth stressing about.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
The color for today is black.
The number is 112.
In the animal.
He's a tiger.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug.
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Being able to relate to life in the right way is not easy.
Sometimes we try to solve problems rather than just changing how we relate to those problems.
And such such a way that sometimes just changing how we're relating to our life can dissolve problems.
Not that it solves questions or challenges,
But the very transformation of how we're relating to those challenges It can make a huge difference from suffering,
Being in agony,
Being in pain,
To being able to embrace,
To accept,
To witness,
To welcome.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
