We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can combat the fate and the unfolding of life.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend.
In exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
In exhale,
Letting go of worries.
Doing good my friend,
Stay with me.
Aware of your body,
Aware of your posture,
As you breathe in.
Every cell in the body,
Breathing in.
In exhale,
Letting go of fear.
Breathing in strength.
In exhale,
Letting go of self-doubt.
Believing in yourself,
As you breathe in.
In exhale,
Letting go of anger.
In exhale,
Letting go of the inner criticism.
Self-hatred,
Shame,
Guilt.
Feeling it leave the mind,
Leave the body,
As you breathe in forgiveness.
In exhale,
Letting go of confusion.
Coming back to self-love,
Coming back to self-appreciation,
As you breathe in.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing the eyes,
As you look in.
Witnessing the rise and fall of your belly,
As you breathe in and out.
Allowing everything to settle,
As you go inwards.
Taking a deep breath.
Holding the breath at the top.
And exhale.
Breathing in through the nose.
Hold.
And exhale,
Let go.
And for a few moments,
I want you to bring all the attention inwards.
Witnessing the rise and fall of your belly.
And welcoming your mind,
Very gently,
Very lovingly.
Holding the breath at the top.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale.
Breathing in.
Taking a deep breath in.
Relaxing the shoulders.
Opening the heart space.
Going back into self-love.
Self-belief,
Self-trust,
Self-hope.
Taking a deep breath in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in.
Letting go of negativity.
Letting go of insecurities.
Letting go of being so critical,
As you breathe in love for yourself.
And exhale in love for others.
And for a few moments,
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
So take one last deep breath for now.

And the animal is a flying squirrel.

And making decisions based off fear.
Just observing how that feels.
How it feels to move out of fear,
To make decisions out of fear.
Versus how it feels to move from a place of love,
To make decisions from a place of love.
From a place of trust.
Observing how that feels.
May we enjoy this phase,
This current stage that we're in.
Experience some inner space.
The feeling of faith.
The feeling of trust.
