I'm starting to become more and more aware of why that is.
Why sometimes we feel so alive,
So fresh,
So vital.
Welcome my friend.
You're tuned in to Om Hai Ku.
I'm your host,
Ma Moon.
Back to another music meditation just to soothe,
Relax,
Come back to our center.
Come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Overwhelmed,
Lonely,
Joyous,
Know that you're not alone.
You can sit up or lie down.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Dropping the shoulders away from your ears.
Extending the spine while keeping relaxed.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations,
Anxieties.
All is welcome like old friends.
Coming back into compassion as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
Coming back into the body as you breathe in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhale,
Deepening that love inside,
Expanding love inside the body and mind.
Becoming aware that you're alive.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Remembering not to stress the little things.
The color for today.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Being aware of your aliveness.
When you feel energized,
When you feel alive,
And when you feel dull,
And when you feel like you're going through the motions and starting to become more and more aware of why that is.
Why sometimes we feel so alive,
So fresh,
So vital.
And then other times we feel so in a cloud.
And you'll be surprised that sometimes it's not that complex.
It's very little things that we do in our day,
How we structure our day,
How we prioritize things,
What we prioritize,
What we focus on.
All of that relates to it.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
