You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.
I'm your host Ma Moon,
Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax.
Just for you,
If you've been feeling overwhelmed,
Stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Experiencing loneliness,
Boredom,
Or perhaps even joyfulness,
Playfulness,
Gratitude,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you're feeling today is a-okay.
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain and come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside.
Welcoming discomfort,
Welcoming distractions,
Welcoming the racing of the mind.
Simply smiling at it as you look in,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the belly.
In the deep breath,
Ahhhhhh.
Inhaling new life,
New energy.
Exhale,
Old life,
Old energy.
Breathing in love.
Exhale,
Expanding love,
Deepening love inside.
I want you to visualize a warm,
Loving energy spreading through the mind and body.
Melting away fear,
Worries,
Anger,
Resentments,
As you breathe in compassion.
And exhale,
Deepening compassion throughout the body,
Throughout the mind.
Feeling a compassionate energy spread.
Breathing in awareness,
Feeling awareness spread through the body and mind.
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Empty.
Empty out all the air in the lungs,
Just be totally empty.
Empty of breath,
Empty of thoughts,
Empty of past,
Empty of future.
And taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Way to stay with it my friend.
So happy you had joined me today.
Despite challenges,
Setbacks,
Frustrations,
We're still here showing up.
Breathing in forgiveness for past mistakes.
And exhale,
Letting it go.
Breathing in trust for future worries.
And exhale,
Letting it go.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Feeling the face relax,
Jaw,
Lips,
Forehead,
Eyes.
Feeling the mind relax.
So take one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
The color for today.
The number is 1500.
It's a saber tooth tiger.
