Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Worried,
Fearful,
Experiencing loneliness,
Despair,
Feeling fed up with work or school,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Playful,
Grateful,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
To go beyond pain into a place of awareness.
Beyond the thoughts,
The self-limiting storylines,
The worries.
Come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
Come back to self-love,
Compassion.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
Bringing more awareness to your body,
To your posture.
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
Restlessness,
Whatsoever your energy.
Embracing it like an old friend.
Embracing thoughts,
Emotion.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Frustrations,
Letting go of being stressed,
Overly critical.
So breathe in trust.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the palms of your hands and feet.
Relaxing the forehead,
The eyes,
The lips,
The jaw.
Breathing in love.
And exhale,
Deepening love,
Expanding love.
Feeling a warm,
Loving energy spread through the body and mind as you breathe in.
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
And every cell in the body breathing out.
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the mind as you look inside.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Let go.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
I'm happy you would join me today.
Thankful for your presence.
Remember that the more present we are,
The more presents we receive,
The more gifts.
How can you receive a gift if you're not present?
Relaxing the belly,
Opening the heart space.
Breathing in compassion into the heart.
And as you exhale,
Letting go of the past.
The past is history,
The future is a mystery,
And the present a gift.
Which is why we call it the present.
The color for today is neon,
The number is one trillion.

If you've been going through a tough time,
Remember to have faith in yourself,
To believe in yourself.
Sometimes we can go through challenges and lose faith in our capacity,
Our gifts,
Our strength.
And we can become overly critical about ourself,
About life,
About what our potential is.
So even if things are challenging,
That does not take away from your potential.
The challenge is,
If anything,
Are sharpening your potential.
