Back home to our awareness.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of how you feel,
Aware of your aliveness,
Aliveness.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in.
Breathing into the belly.
Breathing in patience.
Breathing in harmonious energy.
And exhale,
Deepening harmony,
Expanding harmony.
Softening the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
Relaxing the forehead,
Relaxing the eyes.
Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life as you breathe in.
Breathing in.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale,
Let go.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
Into the body,
Coming back into this moment,
Unlike any other moment that's been before.
Softening the face,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the heart,
Relaxing the mind.
Not minding the mind,
But allowing it to unwind as you look in.

It can get in the way of just enjoying the day.
Sometimes it's good to allow the mind to say what it wants to say,
To be negative,
To be critical,
And to simply laugh at it and come back to the moment,
Come back to your heart,
Come back to being simple,
Being ordinary,
And come back to taking care.
We may think that we know what it means to take care of ourself,
But that is always something to go deeper into,
To uncover more and more significant,
Beautiful,
Fulfilling ways to take care of ourself.
And in this way,
We can take care of other people,
We can take care of life,
But it starts by going deeper into how to take care of ourself and to really enjoy that process.
And if the mind is saying you don't have time to take care of yourself today,
You can just smile at that thought and go on taking care of yourself.
