Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel at this moment is A-OK.
Getting comfortable,
You can lie down,
Sit down,
Close the eyes or leave them open whenever you like.
Beginning to witness your inner worlds of thoughts,
Emotions,
Moods,
Sensations,
Witnessing and welcoming all this inside you.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the stomach,
The chest,
The back,
The neck.
Taking a deep breath in.
In the deepest depths.
Eat that shit.
Deep breath out.
Every cell of the body breathing in.
Every sound in the body,
Breathing out.
Doing good,
My friends.
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture.
Aware of how you're sat.
Miss you.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
In there.
Excellent.

It's a lot easier to be with ourself by letting go of so much energy that's going up in the head,
Going on in the thoughts,
Bringing that energy into the heart,
Actually feeling your heart,
Feeling the rhythm of its beating,
And bringing more focus to this part of the body,
To feel through life more,
To feel instead of to think,
And to not stop there either,
But to go one step further into just being.
Not thinking,
Not feeling,
Not doing,
But just being.
