To acknowledge it,
To smile at it,
And to also delight in the fact that we still can grow in our awareness.

Relax,
And relax.
Come back to our centre,
Our awareness,
Our trust.
That's it,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever you like,
Whatever's natural.
Beginning to witness your inner world,
The energy,
The emotion,
The thoughts,
All is welcome.
Like old friends embracing whatsoever you observe inside.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw.
The eyes,
The forehead,
Softening,
Letting go of tensions.
Softening the chest,
Relaxing the belly,
The arms,
The legs,
The back.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Debating in international energy.
Let it go and pass.
Breathing in this moment.
I think Sam,
I think we'll have a future.
Trusting in this moment as you breathe in.
Breathe out.
Yeah.
Accent.
In there.
Excellent.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Minds in the shadows.
Becoming aware of your aliveness.
We live to see another day.
It won't always be that way.
Taking a deep breath in.
A deep breath out.
Wrapping down from the head into the heart,
Feeling your heart space.
Opening the heart to more love,
To more compassion.
Kindness,
Patience.
Courage.
Strength.
Breathing into the heart.
Thanks.
Expanding the heart.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold.
And exhale,
Letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
You you Letting go of thoughts and back into the body.
As you breathe in through the nose.
And exhale.
In that you trust in the unfolding of life.
I see breathing.
And breathe out.
You covered for today.
Is goat.
The number is 1001.
In the animal.
It's a butterfly a blue morphine butterfly.

Going on discovering awareness and how it can go on.
Just being something that.

We think that we see what it is and then still it opens more.
And this is very interesting.
So if we remember that perhaps I could be more aware than I am today,
We open ourselves to be more aware tomorrow.
And if we think that we are already perfectly aware of everything that we're doing,
You then we sort of close ourselves off to expanding our awareness,
Deepening our awareness.
And the same is true with love and so many other qualities.
But it's almost as if we know that we could love ourselves more,
That we could love other people more.
It's even more tricky to see that we could be a lot more present,
A lot more conscious and aware of what we're doing,
Of how we're moving about our day.
It's almost harder to admit that,
At least speaking from my own experience.
It's hard to admit when.

I just wasn't present,
I just wasn't aware.
But being able to see it,
To acknowledge it,
To smile at it,
And to also delight in the fact that we still can grow in our awareness,
In our meditativeness.
All of it is growing,
Just like a tree,
Day by day.
To have faith in that,
To go on nurturing that.
And with that,
I'll see you back here tomorrow with less.
