If you've been feeling stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Angry,
Irritated,
Negative,
Feeling the inner criticism loud,
Overwhelmed by circumstance,
Underwhelmed by circumstance,
Bored out of mind,
Or feeling the mind restless,
All over the place,
Emotions volatile,
Mood ever changing,
Feeling physical pain,
Sickness,
Hunger,
Feeling overlooked,
Undervalued,
Underappreciated,
Feeling ashamed about the past,
Feeling jealous,
Feeling insecure about a relationship,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is A-OK,
We live to see another day,
We're still here,
Showing up,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust,
In the unfolding of life,
It's not easy to trust life,
But nevertheless we try,
Reminding you that trust isn't a weakness,
But more like a superpower,
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Getting in a nice posture where you can be aware,
Aware of how you're sat,
Your body,
Aware of how you feel,
Witnessing and welcoming discomfort,
Anger,
Frustrations,
Fear,
Worries,
All is welcome,
Taking a deep breath in,
And exhale,
Letting go of past,
Breathing in forgiveness,
And exhale,
Letting go of shame,
Putting frustrations to the side,
As you breathe in compassion,
And exhale,
Letting go of the anger,
Feeling anger,
Leave the mind,
Leave the body,
As you breathe in patience,
And exhale,
Letting go of the restlessness,
Settling into the body,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the palms of your hands and feet,
Relaxing the face,
Breathing in strength,
And exhale,
Letting go of self-doubt,
Breathing in faith in yourself,
And exhale in faith in others,
Having faith in life,
Having faith in the challenges we face,
As you breathe in,
And breathe out,
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space,
Opening the heart,
It's okay to feel love for yourself,
Even though there's been mistakes,
There's flaws,
There's imperfections,
We could be better,
Loving ourself,
Despite all of this,
Coming back to our awareness,
Which goes beyond the anxieties,
Beyond the inner criticism,
Beyond the negativity,
Taking a deep breath in,

Breathing out,
Breathing in,
And breathing out,
Doing good my friends,

Aware of your posture,
As you breathe in,
Letting go of tension in the jaw,

And the forehead,
Relaxing the eyes,
As you look inside,
That which we seek,
That which we want,
Is already in,
You're already loved,

Feeling the uniqueness of you,
Your path,
What you do in this world is needed,
That's why you exist,
That's why you're here,
You're needed in this world,
Don't forget that,

Really looking at it,
Really observing how we can go from a happy mood into such a negative state of mind,
For me it happens almost every day that there's some part of the day that I just lose my patience,
I lose my compassion,
My trust,
And those moments are actually really precious,
Because that's where the teaching exists,
There's a lot to learn from losing our way,
Going astray from love,
From trust,
From awareness,
So don't beat yourself up about this,
Instead just take it as a learning opportunity,
