Back with another music meditation just to soothe people feeling stress,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Ashamed,
Feeling guilt,
Lack of motivation,
Lack of direction,
Feeling self-hate,
Self-doubt,
Loneliness,
Tiredness,
Feeling like nobody cares,
Or perhaps even joyful.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of our pain and come back to faith in the unfolding of life.
Faith in our awareness,
Faith in choosing love over fear.
That said,
Getting comfortable my friend,
Becoming aware of your posture,
Aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down if you like or sit up straight.
You can gently close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming your thoughts.
Taking a deep breath in,
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale old life,
Old energy.
Breathing in this moment,
And exhale letting go of past.
Breathing in trust,
And exhale letting go of worries.
Breathing in love for yourself,
And exhale love for other people.
Breathing in love for yourself,
Letting go of the inner criticism.
Breathing in compassion,
Exhale letting go of anger,
Letting go of disappointment.
Reminding yourself,
Reminding myself,
Of all the blessings that are already here.
Coming back to a sense of gratitude for all the blessings that are already here.
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the mind.
Taking a deep breath in,
And holding the breath at the top,
And exhale let go.
Holding the breath at the top,
And exhale let go.
Breathing into the nose,
And holding the breath at the top,
And exhale let go.
Breathing into the nose,
And exhaling out the mouth.
Breathing into the mouth,
And exhaling out the nose.
Taking three inhales through the nose,
And three long exhales out the nose.
Three long inhales through the nose,
And three long exhales out the nose.
Allowing your mind to be free to think as you observe the movement of the mind very gently,
Very lovingly.
Having love for the body as it is,
Having love for yourself as you are despite the flaws,
Despite the imperfections.
The more love that we can find inside ourself,
The more love we can allow for ourself to feel,
The more love we can share.
And like this,
The more love that we can share,
The more that we can receive.
I personally believe that we all carry a reservoir of love,
Like an infinite amount of love is already inside of us,
But we always miss it because we're caught in some fear,
Some anxiety,
Some hope for the future to be different,
Some anguish,
Some anger.
There's so many things that block that love from flowing,
So that's why I love doing these meditations,
Helping to let go of the anxiety,
Let go of the anger,
Let go of the despair,
Let go of the negativity,
So that love can be more present.
Feeling the mind at ease,
Taking one last deep breath for now,
Holding the breath at the top,
And exhale,
Let go.
