Welcome my friend, You've tuned in to OMHAIKU, I'm your host, My moon, Back with another music meditation just to soothe, Just to relax, Just to soothe, Just to let go, Just for you. If you've been feeling stressed, Fed up with life, Fed up with work, Overwhelmed with school, Feeling insecure about your body, About a relationship, About finances, Feeling a lack in limitations, Confusion, A lack of motivation, Self-hatred, Guilt, Shame, Jealousy, Experiencing loneliness, Depression, Addiction, Feeling misunderstood, Undervalued, Or perhaps even joyous. Whatsoever you feel today is a-okay, We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life, The unfolding of our moment to moment. That being said, Getting comfortable my friend, Becoming aware of how you're sat, It's safe to close the eyes, Tuning deeper inside, Embracing restlessness, Anxiousness, Like an old friend, Breathing in peace, Letting go of conflict, Breathing in grounded energy, Letting go, Breathing in faith in yourself, Staying with me, Aware of your posture as you breathe in, Softening the face, Softening the jaw, The lips, The forehead, Relaxing the belly, Letting go of past, Letting go of future as you breathe in, And exhale, Relaxing the belly, Filling your heart, Opening it, Softening, Becoming more warm in the heart, Coming back into the body as you breathe in, Letting go of all that that no longer serves you, Coming back to trust, Coming back to love as you breathe in, And breathe out.
