Welcome my friends.
I'm your host,
Ma Moon,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Let go,
Come back to our center,
Come back to our awareness of something beyond the pain,
The anger,
The frustrations,
The worries,
The loneliness,
The boredom,
Coming back to the chest.
That being said,
Getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down and sit down.
Close the eyes and leave them open.
Beginning to notice how you feel in this moment.
Aware of the tensions,
The thoughts,
The emotions,
The mood.
Not pushing anything away,
But embracing,
Welcoming your inner world as it is.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the chest.
Taking a deep breath in.
And then deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale letting go of old life,
Old energy.
Letting go of past as you breathe in this moment.
And exhale with awareness.
Breathing in trust.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Letting go of fears,
Letting go of worries,
Insecurities about the future.
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the entirety of your face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Simply letting go of tension in the face.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing energy up the spine all the way to the top of the head.
And exhaling down,
Rooting into your lower body,
Forming your lower body like roots of a tree.
Breathing through the nose.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Softening the chest,
Opening the heart space to more love,
More compassion for people,
For yourself,
Having more patience with your mind.
So you take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think.
You you Bye!
Bye!
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body as you breathe into the whole body.
Excellent.
With me.
Breathing out.
And love.
Thanks for the trust.
With compassion,
Acceptance,
Understanding.
For the deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Becoming aware of how you sat,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes,
Feeling the belly relaxed,
Arms and legs relaxed,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
Exhales.
Color for today.
Is orange.
The number It's one billion.
In the animal.
Is a robbery.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Compassion.
Awareness to see when we're being very critical of ourselves,
Very critical of other people,
And perhaps being harsh with our demands,
Harsh with our expectations.
And like this,
I can experience in myself a really harsh critic sometimes,
Criticizing what I said,
What I didn't say,
What I did,
What I didn't do,
And then I see how that can translate to others where I'm expecting too much from other people and getting disappointed by them.
And this is interesting to observe,
To see that I don't need to expect so much from other people.
I don't need to demand so much from them.
I can allow them the grace of just being themselves,
Being where they're at,
Meeting them where they're at,
As opposed to bringing these high standards Mmm.
All the people I interact with,
Sometimes you can feel this is counterproductive because now I'm just getting frustrated.
Now I'm just getting disappointed and dissipating energy that could have been harnessed and actually I could have done something with that energy by not expecting so much and just attending to the moment,
Attending to what's in my hands,
What's in my control.
We don't control other people.
What they do or don't do is beyond what we can control.
But we can control our reactions to them,
How harsh we're being with our criticism.
And we can look at that inner critic inside of us and relate to it differently.
And see that this voice,
This inner criticism that's being harsh with ourself,
Harsh with other people,
Perhaps not always seeing things as they are,
Perhaps is projecting onto things unfairly.
And in this way,
It can be almost a vicious circle of being critical about being critical,
Right?
So you have to just come back to compassion,
Come back to love,
Come back to acceptance,
And yeah,
Just let it go.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
