You you Oh.
Welcome my friends.
You're tuned in to OMHACOO.
I'm your host Mamoun,
Back with another music meditation.
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Let go of stress,
Come back to trust.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down,
Sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever you like.
Noticing how you feel in this moment.
Witnessing and welcoming emotions,
Sensations in the body,
Tensions.
Frustrations,
Worries,
All is welcome,
Like all friends.
Relaxing the lower body.
Feeling your lower body like roots of a tree.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing the belly.
As you take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale,
Letting go of old life,
Old energy.
Passes pass.
It's a new day.
Breathing in this moment.
And exhale with awareness.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Breath out.
Softening the shoulders,
Allowing the shoulders to fall away from the ears.
Softening the chest.
As you breathe into the heart space.
And exhale,
Opening the heart.
Opening to more compassion.
I see great things.
And exhale,
Deepening compassion in the body and mind.
Feeling the energy of compassion spread.
Through the whole body.
Beating in love.
And exhale,
Deepening love,
Expanding love in the mind and body.
Feeling fears dissolve,
Worries,
Anxieties melting away as you breathe in trust.
And exhale,
Deepening trust,
Expanding trust to the mind and body.
Taking a deep breath into the belly.
And exhale relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the palms of your hands and feet.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing up the spine.
All the way to the top of the head and hold.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
And holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
Bye!
Letting go of that.
Back into the body.
So take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Relaxing your arms and legs,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you with your feet.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body and the tailbone.
Becoming aware of how you're sought,
Aware of your space,
Aware of your awareness,
Your presence,
Your aliveness.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Remembering today is a gift,
No matter what happens.
Remembering that there is a gift that each moment brings its own.
Blessings,
However subtle,
However difficult to decipher,
Those blessings are there for us to receive,
To take in deeper.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
The color for today is white.
The number is 1100.
And the animal.
It's a baby fox.
Thank you for joining me.
Across time and space,
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Awareness,
Presence,
And liveness.
These things can be almost used interchangeably,
But they are a bit different.
And when I say abundance of consciousness,
It's about feeling not only your aliveness,
But bringing awareness to your aliveness.
So that when you move through your day,
You feel I am alive.
I am actually drinking water now.
I am eating food.
I am walking.
This feeling of I am,
It doesn't need to be some verbal thing you say in your head,
Just the awareness to know that I'm doing this or that.
Instead of moving through,
Almost we can move through like autopilot.
A robot.
And because we've done something so many times,
We don't need to be aware.
We can simply brush our teeth in a mechanical way.
We can eat our food in a mechanical way.
And our mind is free to go off into the future,
Go off into the past.
And while that is beautiful in its own way,
It can make it hard to actually receive that food or receive that water.
That we're taking because our mind is so far away.
So when you're walking you feel I'm walking and you just be in that walking.
This is something I'm really saying to myself because it's so deceptively difficult to just feel it and to be aware in the moment that we have to remind ourselves we have to practice.
And with that I will see you back here tomorrow with Lyft.
